Brain, you are missing someone off that defence summary. Tosin Adarabioyo. I think he will play a big part for City next season. He has been on loan at my club, Blackburn Rovers, this season and he has been a revelation. Calm on the ball, fantastic passing ability and more importantly, can defend. Look out for him next season.

Why wouldn’t he be worried about Liverpool not winning the league because of it? Just because a few people have died from it, why would that stop him worrying about not winning the league?

We didn’t shut the country down because of SARS or Brid Flu or Swine Flu so why should we because of this?

To be honest I will be pissed off if the Euro’s is cancelled as I have tickets for a last 16 game in Dublin, a quarter final in Munich and a semi final at Wembley. All flights and accommodation paid for. Will I get a refund on those? Probably not.

Threeps, it wasn’t introduced for that reason. It was introduced in 2008 so clubs did not live beyond their means and getting into debt. PSG and Man City do not live beyond their means. They are very rich. In my opinion it is also a way to keep the rich clubs rich and at the top of their respected leagues. They don’t want competition.

I have a rep who comes into my workplace who is a City season ticket holder who is 50. He says it sounds mad with all the great football City play and all the trophies, but he kinds of prefers the old days where it wasn’t just about winning every game. It was more about the experience of going to the match, having a few beers and the result not mattering as much as they weren’t great anyway. Now, he says, every match there is so much pressure to win all the time and its like the end of the world if they draw a match or heaven forbid lose one! I told him he’s now watching David Silva instead of Jamie Pollock though and to shut up and be grateful haha.
