im just happy for the 3 points, even beaqting united which is usually massive for me no matter the state of the 2 clubs isnt that much compared to a result and the points!on the plus side tho our ne manager is unbeaten and we are one of the BEST TEAMS THIS DECADE!!!!! 100% record and no goals conceeded 😉

Blimey i had not seen that coming, not just the win and 3 points but a clean sheet!
United were poor i guess or did we just make them look so? i always find it hard when watching my team its like the oppos players dont exist you just look at your own and what they do right or wrong!
so happy and relieved with that result, a big 3 points very much needed!!and always nice to beat united we havent done that much in recent years..with the spuds losing and Maureen starting to revert back to “type” its was an enjoyable day!also waa nice to have a full day of football! 4 matches in a row 🙂
Ed, would be to early for Miki but to be fair the last 2 games (well most of the chelsea one) we looked a completly different team with ethic and tactics thats all him compared to Emery and Freddie…its early doors but the signs at least are there and are promising, we didnt even look so fragile and Buster Keaton at the back

totally right DH, tho with certain posters who are essentially trolls it can be very tough not to react sometimes when a discussion is ruined…the vitriol on that thread is immense, its the Pool version of AFC TV!
Hendo is a strange one, doesnt score much, and as i dont watch pool often its hard to comment, but you clearly arent playing with 10 men because of him and he therefore clearly does an important job for the TEAM…being apart of the current all conquering side should be enough to validate his imprtance
in a different way i think he is like Gilberto was for us, not eye catching but does an imprtant job and hard to be eye catching with the front 3 doing what they do and VVD getting the plaudits the other end!

i only found out yesterday thay games used to be played on christmas day too, and not that long ago, and back to back games too, i think they said Leicester v Manu on xmas day and the reverse fixture boxing day! now thats a congested fixture list!

yes i know mate and it still needs dealing with, it was just mildly amusing that the stadium announcements (3) were for mokey chanting and for that it should be easy to spot on tv and without the aid of a lip reader! and also the fact that the “investigation” by the spuds so far has only resulted in Chelsea arrest….

dont see why it should eb for Leicester, they have owners who are rich and invest but do so smartly, they seem to have a plan and ambition and with increased TV revenue and mugging of united for HM can compete financially…i think they are on a road map to a being a bigger more sustained club rather then just a surprise package top 6 club, they need to strengthen in attack tho, jamie vardy is awesome but age iis going to get him soon and without him they dont score enough….hell of a lot to pay a manager if you odnt have serious ambitions! on more then the Barca and RM coaches!

well the mighty spuds have clamped down on the racism that marred the weekend game!
after many hours of CCTV footage and lip readers they finally…..arrested a Chelsea supporter for racism towards the thug that is Son!
seems they cant find anyone doing monky chants and movements (not sure how much use a lip reader is for that any way?)

What Nancy has done there is actually quite correct, its not cockney its mockney which is spoken by all the wide boys and girls who although born in Chelmsford or Southend or some such will talk as tho they could hear the bells (whatever bells you are meant to hear to be a cockney?) its all the plastic gangsters and wanna be’s…the real gangsters moved out of london in the 60’s to essex and the New towns like Basildon and Harlow (why they are as rough as fuck!) and brought the language with them and all since have copied all wanting to be from Landan innit bruv….sad all round really, the real Essex accent is more akin to suffolk and very country sounding, you only here that out in the small villages….speaking of which, there is a lovely tiny village out towards Colchester (oldest recorded town in Britain) called…and i kid you not…..
