i think as fans of other teams we all give and take as per our own agendas its easy to do especially when the pressure is on, count yourself lucky you have the pressure you do, it shows how well your team is doing, i miss those nail biting days!

as for the media, in all honesty i dont see to much of it, the “stories” dont interest me and they cant be trusted, outside of punditry on a match or MOTD im fairly media free and i find MOTD to be fairly balanced

not sure it is to be honest Sean, OK for city to dig at a title contender and vice versa IMHO, united and arseal did all the time (back when we were both challenging!) its a natural part, as an outsider i also dont see the bias in the media, i heard just as much about the City offside goal as as a liverpool incident and also the fact you had bad decisions with fouls to your keeper….

i genuinely dont think there is an anti pool biased from fans, for me id rather they won it as its been a while and city have been winning to much and as long as its not united im happy lol

watched a Bunders game after the pool match and saw the VAR used, it was used well correctly dissallowing a given penalty but it still took a ridiculous 5mins when it was very clear….i dont mind VAR personally as long as its done quicker and certain rules are clarified, it may take a few years but its coming and likely staying so we may as well move on, we can now bemoan and debate VAR decisions as well as the ref, its no different!

it could happen 999 but i cant see us winning this even if we did get through, would be happy to go out IF we got top 4 but otherwise im not overly fussed at the minute, any changes needed at the club either wont happen or will happen very slowly so im not expectin great things for a few years at least

Its an odd situation, we have some gifted players and lots and lots of dross, especially defensivly
we have not been good defensivly for a very long time and no one has addressed this key issue

little has changed and frankly we need a real overhaul, not just of the team but the ethos within the club, we need a mentality change, it could come from a manager, but it would need to be supported by the board and owner

we are not terrible but we are very average, Emerys first season though and things take time, will wait a bit longer but i also think he makes some odd team selections, cant genuinley see us beating united this Sunday either but would be a nice tonic, maybe the lads can actually turn up for this one at least.

As for Ozil, he is past it now, unless a team is literally moulded around him to play to his strengths and cover his weaknesses, he does cover ground but he will never stick his foot in! he needs to go along with a good few others

we seem a team of misfits these days

any ball to hand incident becoming a penalty is worrying, if teams are clever they will just start smashing balls at players from close range around the box and get loads of penalties!

also to be fair, to say a paid pundit on any broadcaster especially sky is not their voice is false, otherwise they would still have Andy Grey and Carragher on 😉
