if spuds dont and cant beat watford at the moment then id be a very worried spuds fan! i know they lost against other bad teams recently but all teams have the odd blip (mostly) but to have to many to close together ……bad news!

great, a fecking 2 week boring international break, back to the meat and gravey and now have to wait till frigging monday!!

and the only televised game for me at home is everton/westham which doesnt make me want take time out to watch!

if we are going down the road of technolgy and we are then these are the things it should be used on, even retrospectivly…each time a tidy little 3 game ban for cheating, if this doesnt stop it nothing will

makes it so much more cringe worthy during the rugby world cup final and the hits those lads take and keep going

each week i would have a televised shame sectiuon naming the cheats and thelength of their ban and the video showing their cringeworthy moment for posterity and let humilation do the job

thing is this is one season where you could perhaps entertain the idea of united going down….i highly doubt it but they currently seem to have the perfect storm, all they can do between now and the end of the season is replace Ole and buy in January…never easy….if they did get sucked further into the dog fight youd thik that actually being a so called top team with the mentality they have they would not cope with the pressure as those form smaller clubs may do, i doubt youd see the level of fight needed and the kids especially would be crippled with fear being connected with taking united down….

unlikely but certainly possible unless things change soon

goose, oles first 12 games were better than any manager ever in the PL, let alone vs frank, and with the same shit squd he has now but now its worse with no strikers…franks doing very well but eary days and no 19 year contract, there is no need, if the club is happy the will support him and all will be rosey

why do that? whats the point? same mistke united did with ole!
we all know it can turn around very quickly i think managers should be on smaller contracts, rolling 2 years or something, better for all partys

i remember when pardew was given a 7 year contract at newcastle after geeat start and didnt last long after that!!

999 i think you may be right, the issue goes back much farther
end of last season they tanked as they always do and were even beaten to 3rd place by your mob! they like united under Ole have had been bad for around the same length of time starting the last 3rd of last season…then an odd summer releasing trippier and no replacement, ageing squad who are now disillusioned after the buzz of playing in the shiny new stadium wears off with still no trophies, its becoming a perfect storm as they failed to invest previously, they have much better players than united tho nd poch is better, so a downturn for them wont be as drastic as currently for united but they need to make the right choices with players and manager now not to go the same way…

i think some of this may be a mix of wishful thinking and reading the tea leafs of the past in order to predict the future and because city are off the pace for a change…..they have some big injuries and pool are flying, i dont see a crisis or signs of the end, i think pep will be here next year and will bolster the squad, just MHO
