You look at some of the players at city, liverpool and aresnal now. Kdb, bernardo silva, odengard. Curtis jones, saka, nunez, marinelli etc. they were never hard workers until the managers instilled them to work really hard for the team.

If your not working hard etc then you dont play. That should be a non- negotiable

Eth is a strict manager. Hes handlrd some tough situations well but rashford is a huge challenge
