I don’t know how true it is but apparently Lampard has turned down the Norwich job according to posts on football sites, if it is true I wonder why. He knew the situation I think.

There’s always all kinds of drama or fascinating skills and excitement in the world cup so as usual I will watch as many games as possible. I certainly don’t admire Fifa itself or the orgsnisers, not a fan of them at all. It’s the players that we watching and I suppose Var and the officials will have its controversial decisions.

Respective supporters of Newcastle and Spurs should not have too high expectations, Howe and Conte have just started what will be the hardest jobs of their lives. Personally I just don’t see what players they can bring in in January to improve the general position. They can probably improve the current squads but that’s not going to be enough.

Most top teams dropped points except for Hammers and City, I am not going to worry about City dropping points cause I expect them to win it anyway so really only West Ham gained on us but I expect them to fall away a bit as the season progresses.

Problem is nothing upfront, similar problem City have. A draw against Burnley is as good as a loss, these are the games you need to win if you aspiring to win the league. Also thought the backline looked shakey on Burnleys rare attacks.
