Yep, we should have, unfortunately to do that you need organisation and discipline and an on pitch leader to make sure it happens. I’m not sure where that’s going to come from unless Rudiger has it in him, otherwise that’s the one thing we may have to buy in….Pagan

For me we have no leaders on the pitch, hence although we have great players we seem a bit disorganised, also we constantly look like we’re playing down hill, good going forward but slow coming back. Still it’s still in our hands, a win in the next round and we’re through….Pagan

For me the problem is we’re trying to use technology that doesn’t have the accuracy for the precision that it’s being used to to measure. I’m not sure putting any form of measurement that’s allowed is going to work as there will still be the same argument, such as is his whole foot in front or is the heel an inch behind the toe of the defender. If we have to use VAR for offside let’s go to the old daylight ruling at least then if we’re arguing about an inch it’s a whole body width which should have been spotted anyway.

9, not a big believer of stats, “lies, damn lies and statistics” and all that, but I had no sporting commitments yesterday evening I got to watch the game on the box. The big positive is we were never out of the game, and there was nothing really between the sides…..Pagan

Adlab, simple answer, the pictures showed he was offside, and as has happened consistently this season the goal was disallowed.

For me you have to question the accuracy of the system to be able to determine to that degree whether he was or not as the frame rate is not fast enough and it’s only a best guess when the ball is actually played forward.

For me we need to get rid of lmicro analysis” and “clear and obvious”, and use “would you reasonably expect the officials to get that decision right with one look at normal speed”

Let’s just get rid of the howlers….Pagan
