Also Mak, it’s not the Premier League that’s putting your players at risk, it’s Klopp, he’s the one making the individuals play, he could use all the players at his disposal and rotate his squad, which is probably larger than most.

Players like KDB put in 100% in every game, in big games the players are more likely to be cat or close to his level and those that are not raise their game so his contribution doesn’t stand out as much…..Pagan

The laws of the game will change to justify the use of VAR, in order for it to work it needs to judge yes or no scenarios, it will judge a snapshot in time and won’t factor in the need for arms to move away from the body in order to maintain balance, spin on the ball etc. it’s as we’re seeing with hand ball, did it make contact….Pagan

That bit about VAR was taken from the laws of the game 2020, it’s optional for a league to use it, otherwise it would have to be used in all leagues. I would say that UEFA and the PL have opted to use it…..Pagan

9, as far as I am aware, a league has to meet certain requirements to use VAR, this then has to be agreed by IFAB and FIFA, in other words IFAB/FIFA can’t force a league to use it.

The VAR protocol, as far as possible, conforms to the principles and philosophy of the Laws of the Game.

The use of video assistant referees (VARs) is only permitted where the match/ competition organiser has fulfilled all the VAR protocol and implementation requirements (as set out in the VAR Handbook) and has received written permission from The IFAB and FIFA.

Sean, RnB, that depends on what you define it as. The music that inspired the birth of Rock and Roll and produced bands like the Stones and Yardbirds in the 60s is fantastic. Quite how the music labelled RnB now is classified as such is beyond me.
