Sean, if there is going to be a real title race United have to beat City at OT.
City seem vulnerable to crosses and United are a very big team and could take advantage of that and City have a long tiring trip to the Ukraine when they’ve already won the Group which is unhelpful to them.
I have a sneaky feeling for a narrow United win next week given all the circumstances if not the title will all but be decided prior to Christmas.

Well done to City in equaling the 13 PL game consecutive winning records of Arsenal and Chelsea.
Enjoyable game with the winning margin not quite as convincing as expected but a lovely winning goal with the pass and the finish.
That’s the third consecutive PL game that City have had to dig out a win and that just underlines their tile credentials.

The clapping could well get Pogba another game added on. All silly because he looked really good yesterday.

Be surprised if City don’t hit 4 or 5 this afternoon.
The City players will want to stuff Moyes’s City haven’t done anything yet and they’ve got weaknesses right up his Arsenal.?

I don’t think Real will go anywhere near Β£200m for Dele Alli not only because DA has lost his way this season but also because Real have become a lot more careful with their transfer business and they are having to sell to buy.
I could see Real paying that sort of money for Neymar if he can force his way out of PSG and they can raise some additional funding from their own sales.
Dele Alli imo has just not hit the form this season that he did previously it happens and there’s every chance imo that his form will return probably sooner rather than later.

City could be in trouble today as David Moyes says he’s spotted City’s weaknesses.Lol.

Fabulous game at the Emirates congrats to both teams for serving up such a game.
Arsenal will feel hard done by but you can’t give the ball away like Arsenal did for the first two goals against a top side like United.
DDG was absolutely fantastic the best Goalkeeper in the world for me by quite some distance.
Silly by Pogba who looked impressive today until he got himself sent off. United had to win today and they knew it and it sets up next week nicely but unfortunately for United they will have to try and beat City without Pogba and a it makes a tough task even tougher.

“I hope β and it’s bad to say things like this β but I hope they will get some very important players injured like what happened with us,” Pogba said on Football Focus 2/12/17

Maverick@3:23pm missed that post. Mav, tbh mate I wouldn’t say suspend the betting there’s still 23 games to go and we’ve seen big points leads get overtaken previously.
Personally I don’t think it will happen this season against this City team but the odds are so long now I can’t see too many putting any money on City now which means the betting on City has been effectively suspended anyway.

Maverick, that’s the test now for Klopp can he dovetail a decent defence with the obvious offensive abilities that Liverpool already have.
It’s more than just signing new defenders though but if Klopp can do that Liverpool could become real title contenders.

Maverick, would City be prepared to even think about selling KDB very unlikely imo , would KDB want to go also very unlikely imo why would he given where City are now, their future potential and financial might.

Shame to hear any player or any fan wish injury on opposition players.

Maverick, I think it was circa Β£17m but it was 4 years ago and KDB wasn’t the KDB of today.
Here’s Frank’s view on it. “The former England midfielder believes Chelsea had too many other options at that time and that De Bruyne was not patient enough to wait for his chance. βIt was a difficult time for the club, you had (Eden) Hazard, Oscar, and Willian had just signed. He wasnβt as good as he is now,β Lampard told BT Sport. βOf course itβs easy to look and say βwhy did you let him go?β, but heβs gone away and made himself a world class player”
Probably both sides at fault but still a big mistake by Chelsea imo.
My biggest gripe with it has always been that there was no buy back clause or sell on clause inserted into the deal by Chelsea and I blame Emenalo for that. But you can’t cry over spilt milk. ?

Yes, imagine how good Chelsea would be now if Mourinho hadn’t got rid of KDB and Salah.

Maverick, it is a tough one to call mate and Arsenal are on a good run of form currently.
I might be wrong but I just have a sneaky feeling for United I think the PL needs a title race and if United were to win their next two games we might get one but it’s a big ask to beat Arsenal away and City at home especially this City side. Cheers 999

Another unbelievable game from Hazard. He’s up there now and close to the very best in world football.

Maverick, difficult game for both teams.
Mourinho knows that only 3 points this week and next week will keep United in the title race and he will have made sure the United players know that I wouldn’t put any money on it either way but I think it might just be enough to drive United on to a win tonight.

Level on points with United now albeit probably temporarily.
7 wins and 1 draw in Chelsea’s last 8 PL games. We’re on a run now. Watch out City.?_____________________________
