I don’t think the Ratcliffe bid for United will be successful as he’s likely to be out bid but he’s seemingly the choice of most United fans and imo would be best fit.

Joe Lewis is the majority shareholder at Spurs by a long way whilst Daniel Levy although Chairman and responsible for the day to running of the Club is only a minority shareholder. Being the majority shareholder selling the Club would need Lewis to agree.

I’m pretty sure the players practice shooting everyday in training our problem is we don’t have a recognised goalscorer neither Felix or Havertz are goalscorers.

I watched United last night and accepting that Rashford is in a rich vein of form if we had him in our team on Wednesday night there’s every chance we would have probably won that game.

Things won’t improve massively imo until we have a recognised goalscorer in the team.

Very disappointing result for Chelsea who played well.

Arsenal creaking over the last few games and they have to go to the Etihad yet still very close but you wouldn’t bet against City currently. Shame to miss it.

The match with PSV was originally scheduled for Thursday, September 15, but it was postponed due to concerns over the pressure placed on the Metropolitan Police as it prepared for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II on September 19.

The North Londoners were informed they had to complete their Europa League group fixtures by Thursday, November 3 or they would risk forfeiting the three points from the fixture.

Given that week was the only slot the match could be played in, the Premier League agreed to the postponement of the Arsenal v City game.

Everton were awful and what was Pickford doing for the first goal but you can only beat what’s in front of you and that was a much better performance from Liverpool with players still to come back I wouldn’t write off their chances of a top 4 finish.

As for Everton it will be tough for them to get out of where they are given the players available.

You’re right Ed both Chelsea and Liverpool are drinking in the CL last chance Saloon problem is though Chelsea can’t score goals and Liverpool based on their last few games are way off from where they were last season.

Whoever progresses in the CL in this round from the PL the only one with a real chance of going all the way is probably City without Liverpool find some of last seasons form.

What is frustrating is you and other City fans suggesting on here there’s no case to answer when all the current available evidence suggests there is a case to answer. Time will tell.

Blueson, if no actual rules were broken why did UEFA find City guilty and ban them from Europe for 2 years which was only overturned by CAS on a technicality as it was timed out which it won’t be by the PL because the timed out rule doesn’t exist.

The charge that the sponsorship money was not paid by the sponsors but by the owners and signed off in the accounts as it was paid by the sponsors is a very serious charge if proven.

Nobody has a clue how all this is going to work out but you’re kidding yourself if you think this whole thing is a waste of time and just for the sake of accuracy it’s the PL that have charged City not the FA.

Blueson, read the Independent article again it’s not that that the Sponsorship came from a related party it’s that the Sponsorship money didn’t come from the Sponsor but came directly from your owner and City falsified their accounts to make out it came from the Sponsors.

Lucky, from the Independent article if the claims are true that the sponsors weren’t paying the sponsorship money which is what the e mails say and it was paid by the owners there will be a money trail to follow and if that is the case there’s a significant case to answer.
