I wasn’t making a direct comparison and I could have chosen Poch as alternative. The point I was trying to make is why not change your philosophy in aiming to have more of a long-term future than the ‘lifespan’ of 3 years?
I’m very happy with Klopp and hope he is given not only his full-term, but longer.
I’m sure to my knowledge, Jose has never stayed 5 years anywhere.

Causing commotion and hitting the self-destruct button says more about him in his ability to deal with challenges. Liverpool sit only 3 points behind United, JK is in 2nd proper season with the club in which he has the support of the owners to build something. That how the template should be.
So Jose doesn’t win the league, so what. Would you not then stay and try and build something?

I once made a thread about this and it just blew out on me as it was a lengthy one I didn’t bother retyping, but on the subject of Sky and their revamp of channels, I don’t see that much of a difference other than a slight drop in their price.
The obvious obstacle is that you have to subscribe to BT anyway if you want to follow your own team and don’t want to miss a game.
Many out there have found alternative ways these days. I think mine is a couple of minutes behind but works a treat. Plus I enjoy the company of other Broadcasting Networks and don’t have to bother with the likes of Carragher and Neville.
Until there’s something legit that combines both Sky and BT, people will continue to find alternative means and I know the Amazon Firesticks are a very popular seller.

Nine, absolutely but that wasn’t was I was saying.
If he doesn’t succeed, the likelihood is that he’ll move on, but with him, it’s just a constant merry-go-round and only ever stays in once place for X amount of time.
Not only that, he just accumulates baggage of others having more ill feelings towards him than something of complimentary.

Jose obviously doesn’t need the money, so wouldn’t it be more rewarding to go on to coaching a National Team or a lower league team from elsewhere? At least then he doesn’t have to come face to face with other Managers he doesn’t get on with.
Plus, it would be more of rewarding to be able to achieve something.

CM, in the words of Nine to put it lightly, he’s a Plum. I really do miss Manuel Pellegrini. A Gentleman and I liked him. Loved 2014 re Rodgers. Manchester City were first class and that was down to him; Fantastic Team to be Runners Up to.

Facking hell, they were greats CM and missed. Maradonna and Romario especially. I believe they were by default not by their native country because they were poor and needing to earn.
