Not quite sure about the context of this thread in it’s entirety. I’ve never found myself or in rarity, found myself just in agreement with someone and common ground. Having common ground is the biggest let down in life let alone strangers online.
For our footballers alone, we’ve won nothing and our Manager at the moment finds himself being fired Tomatoes.
Better to be keep stum and if you like, boring than trying to please everyone as that will never happen.

Option 3 for me with the football.

I liked Jose when he first arrived in the Prem. He invented the phrase ‘Park The Bus’ after the 0-0 Tottenham draw which at the time, many didn’t think that deep into.
He was generally quite pleasant and many took to his quotes as just hot air and nothing malicious.
From a Liverpool supporter point of view, it wasn’t what happened in 2005, but it was 2014. His team were still in the title race, but it seemed he had a fixation to thwart Liverpool.
I liked him at Inter, but he changed a fair bit when he was at Madrid and also as he started to age. These days he just appears to be bitter and controlling than somebody relaxed enjoying management and the sport.

Which is why I made the point at least one of the parties distancing themselves. In spite of it being the home dressing room, Jose should have ushered his players to wash up and get changed swiftly.
We know he’s been a bit of a control freak. Sadly, this part of his nature along with his ego and lack of spirit and humour forces him to be confrontational.
This could all have been avoided.

Liverpool these days post tunnel cam on you-tube. Clearly it’s shown in snippets, but I suspect there’s something like this already in place at Old Trafford, so such actions would be caught on camera (as they say) as far as tunnel fracas goes.
Not sure if this actually took place, but it seems to be (literally!) a case of noisy neighbours. Being jubilant is one thing, but maybe the loudness and the behaviour might have been over the top – enough to ruffle Jose’s feathers leading him to confront the City dressing room.
Okay, this does not happen every week, but I don’t know why either one of these teams can shower up and get changed quickly. The celebrations can be done across the road, it’s not as if the grounds are distantly apart.
These afters are unnecessary and unfortunately, we have certain individuals in high places occupying high profiled jobs, but not being able to behave orderly.

So in other words, this may have been staged to deflect attention from the actual defeat. Not sure about milk being my preferred Shampoo!

Jim, true.
Naturally though, I can only go by on what’s reported, presumably factual. Investigations are in place, so a case of waiting to see what else unfolds out this. I honestly want the book thrown on all culprits connected to this, bans ideally than fines.

Jim, none of the parties are blameless so I can’t personally excuse anybody’s actions. My honest feeling is that I feel disgusted given that I watched a good game of football.
I don’t know what the ‘code of ethics’ are when it comes to knocking on opposing team’s dressing rooms.
This isn’t even drink-related or something that’s kicked of in a pub on a Friday Night.

Good luck to the rest of the English Clubs, gotta be fighting fit and have that belief and confidence to go that one step further.

Chelsea Man, good to have you on board. Always good to get different people’s thoughts.
I’m just totally thrown with the team selection and my only logical explanation would be distributing these matches through the squad to give them game time and to avoid injuries.
Like Barca had with Neymar, Messi and Suarez, we should be default be selecting Coutinho, Mane and Salah. We’d be given opposition teams a hard time, guaranteed.

Well done Mav mate, nice.
I fail horribly. Purely and simply because I don’t have time due to work or some DNA form of distraction around Friday at a point when that’s when I want time to myself without any worries or pressure.

We simply do not sincerely have an answer nor a logical explanation. Those leeches have though along with a certain dearly hated person by the name of Wayne Rooney. I really hate Everton for this reason. They are rough and they are and have been a constant leech on Liverpool.

He won’t last. Generally, I couldn’t care one less about Everton and even more hated with somebody hated in Rooney but it’s Bill Kenright that needs to go and no appoint stop gaps. This individual wont last and doesn’t seem to me like somebody who can take a club to a top 6-8 finish. Just another old fashioned Wimbledon and a Bus Parker.

Jim, slight similarities from our playing philosophy and how it’s demonstrated on the pitch.
The difference being that you guys have individuals who are placing themselves into the heart of the 6 yard area and most importantly WILLING to go that little further in taking a risk and being clinical in front of goal.
The one player who can do all this for some reason this afternoon was benched by our beloved Manager. Maybe Jurgen is wary from last season when we were missing players so he’s trying to decimate his games to the depth of the squad.
We had a JCB, but not enough to bulldoze a brickwall.

Nine, momentarily from reading the first line of your comment, I thought you were on the wrong thread 🙂 🙂
I get your perspective though mate, and all these top quality individuals we have we are extremely grateful for, however, frustratingly, it’s those silly errors that’s costing us all 3 points.
Some work to be done now and the games are coming thick and fast.
Cheers

This is mathematically still not over by a long chalk, but once again, the brilliance of veteran David Silva sparkled along with his leadership qualities by setting an example. There’s this wonderful aura about Manchester City at the moment. They simply look un-stoppable.

Then again, it took a mere 3 minutes.
Pep is probably more relieved of half-time being imminent.
