I would say in majority from my personal life I am glad to see the back of 2024.

The mention of Rodgers I think is pertinent to this thread of discussion. Liverpool really we at a low point with Hicks and Gillette and Rafa departing, then having Roy and Kenny.

This was the route which was risky with Rodgers then aged 42 taking on naturally a huge job with expectations.

If you remember the Being Liverpool documentary, I remember him saying prior to kick off at West Brom, “this is going to be a long hard journey”.

The 2nd Season of his was memorable and we nearly won the Title in 2014.

The one thing I would commend our club truly for is moving with the times when it comes to consistent modifications to the stadium and well as training ground facilities and keeping up with youth development.

There’s not great vibes at United at this moment in time and fractured if anything from top to toe so there’s a lot of bridge building to be achieved from all quarters.⚽️💯🕹

The difference seemingly this time round is the T1000 threat has diminished. They were a bit fortuitous at Leicester because they themselves didnt punish them (as they should have done)

That might help Liverpool and the others too if they can get themselves together.

Fulham, Bournemouth, teams of this ilk no pushover. In fact, they encapsulate this being the most competitive and the best ever.

Always nice to have a healthy lead.

We collectively are in a great place but always feel an additional signing or too can strengthen us and ease the pressure on players like Grav and Macca. They are seriously clocking miles and doing all the industrial work that then unlocks the attack and the pressing.

The Manager deserves credit for reasserting us in the way that we are disciplined in defence and more patient with the ball and possession when trying to find a way.

The players are showing hunger and fight for every competition available and most of all, unity.

I think personally Trent will leave and the other 2 will stay.

30 years since 1995 when we won the then Coca Cola Cup, 20 years since the famous night in Istanbul and would be 5 since we won our last Pl Title.

Tickets for Crystal Palace dates May 25th already in the region of £1000 maybe more.

Would be over the moon for a couple of trophies, but these hope as we know can also be extinguished 🕹💯⚽️🍾🐧☃️

Gravenberch……Jurgen served us a Masterclass and I keep repeating this playing his part in rebuilding Phase 1. This challenge would not uphold mate for real with Henderson and Fabinho, coupled with Thiago and Keita. Oxlaid saddled out. That whole cluster needed attention almost rewiring the Midfield.

We still miss SADIO. JOTA is Special, but Mo Weirdly is on another Planet because he has been so consistent so far this season.

Not seen a 5-0 for a while. Truly Brilliant away performance. Hard games will come make no mistake and we will drop points, so just got to try and rack as many as we can and not stuff up as we did last season.

Looks like we don’t have Man City any longer to worry about, but Arsenal and Chelsea you can’t rule and and the way Forest are going, they could be in contention of Top 4/5.

Stressful 8/9 hours as expected, but got through today. Happy Christmas One and All 🙂

I think as a group on here, we’re a lot wiser and not easily drawn into what’s presented in front (certainly not on our own team). Don’t want to jinx it or you say something and it bites you back.

We’re Good Supporters between us, experienced and knowledgeable.

I honestly do not discount the Quality of other teams. Tough matches and loads for Liverpool; Forest Away, Chelsea Away, Brentford.

2/3 Players I would like signed to Beef us, but that’s not going to happen by a flick of a switch, so what we’re effectively depending on is squad depth, rotation and management of physical condition of each player hoping they are not injured. That’s territorial with every club.

Strict rules, FFP, etc. Wouldn’t change a great deal with what we have in this League 🙂
