Chucky, the whole mess at N17 has now finished our season after 12 games.
Poch had the hump before a ball had been kicked this season and as yet the “Real Reason” for this has been smothered by the club.Was it transfers that did or didn’t happen ? players not signing extensions Toby,Jan and Christian ? players he doesn’t want Aurier, Rose, Wanyama etc .The really sad thing is with decent investment in quality players over the previous three transfer windows we could be challenging Liverpool and City rather than trying not to be bottom of the EPL London league.
I honestly reckon he has done all he can with the club under the restraints he has to work with. As much as Daniel Levy loves this club Joe Lewis doesn’t give a flying f… it’s all about profit.Very shortly, probably the day after the new ground naming rights he will sell the club at a ridiculous profit on his investments.
I would prefer for Poch to walk away now, leaving me with amazing memories, than hang around trying to save a dead duck.

As a neutral I loved the game yesterday it had sublime goals , intensity , passionate players and fans,on the day Liverpool fully deserved the win, next time who knows ?
Manchester City and Liverpool are 2 of the best sides in world football so it’s no coincidence that there are differences of opinion both during and after the game, it’s what makes football the greatest sport on our planet.
The one thing I don’t get , why don’t the refs use the available monitors more , they could make decisions far quicker than waiting for the VAR boys to finish their G&T’s and toss a coin.

I think there might be be a feckin load of talk after this game, 14 mins in and as a neutral great to watch but VAR is a total joke , they don’t want to make the ref look stupid which in Michael Oliver’s case is a given, how many FU’s does he make???

Moos, the buck has to stop with Levy, for 3 transfer windows we had no new players in ,at a time when every other club was spending large amounts of money.You can’t just down tools in this league or you get found out.
We now have Aurier, Rose, Alderweireld, Vertonghen and Eriksen looking to move on, the last 3 for free FFS.
I feel it’s too late to offer them new contracts so what you saw yesterday is as good as it gets.In January they can talk to other clubs and there’s nothing Spurs can do about it.
On to Poch, his team selections this season has been poor, why drop Foyth at RB for Aurier of all people, why play our 3rd and 5th choice CB’s against a team like Sheffield United, they just played straight through the middle of our defence, where was Toby, we know he’s going but until he does he’s our best CB so feckin play him.
The situation in N17 is dire so much so that if we finish mid table that will be about right. We had the nucleus of a top, top team if the club had added quality players to it, we would be up there with the best, heartbreaking for lifelong supporters like myself.

Well played Sheffield United you deserved all 3 points against a pathetic Spurs side.
Why O why would you pick your 3rd and 5th choice centre backs against a team like SU. Piss poor team selection.Sanchez needs Toby next to him not useless Meathead who’s permanently on walkabout, add Aurier to the equation and cue a Sheffield onslaught.
12 games in and season over well FO can’t see Levy taking much more of this

Huge congratulations all English and Scottish teams in Europe this week.
The standout out award has to go to Chelsea for an awesome performance vs Ajax, I bet they hate playing English teams .

Having had 20+ operations on my ankle I just pray that the injury to Gomez is not a multiple compound fracture like I had, but a clean fixable break, absolutely gutted for him , definitely a day when the actual football came second.?
