Yeh I was tempted to give it a whirl, they do seem to have attracted some good writers with good insight. But will wait for them to bring back another sign up offer discount before reconsidering.

I accept that the referees were discouraged from using the pitch side monitors at the start of the season, but Iโm still a bit disappointed in the referees themselves – they could still have used the monitors if they wanted to do – they were there and are still there. All it would have taken is one referee early in the season to have some guts and assertiveness to go and look at the monitor himself and show some leadership. This could well have caused a domino effect and given other referees the confidence to do the same. But instead nobody stepped forwards and now because so much time has passed nobody probably ever will for the rest of the season.

HH, amazing to think those two have cost us a combined ยฃ8 million in transfer fees.

Brian, Iโm just a humble poster not a multiple title winning manager, but it strikes me as madness for Foden, a local lad, to still not be used. The guy must be full of beans and he would have been well worth the punt to throw on.

Funnily enough I predicted a 3-2 type game.
Just goes to show how important goals from midfield are – you need that rabbit out the hat sometimes to get the ball rolling. In recent games Liverpool midfielders have scored from open play in games vs Utd, Spurs, Genk & City today.

Just hope this club World Cup doesnโt impact us now.

Bit of positivity from Henderson, and voila!

This is just bizarre. Weโve hardly done anything, City have played all the football and weโre 2 up.

Donโt think thatโs going to be the only goal of the game. Both sides going for it as I expected.

No, just commenting thatโs his tried and tested formula for home games so heโs obviously going for it and then will see how Pep approaches it.

Quite the opposite I think CM. I heard the board are backing him.
Arsenal bosses โ100%โ behind Unai Emery, deny considering change or talking to candidates, plan to review in summer. Kroenkes + execs offering full support, wonโt react to โnoiseโ, feel results will improve atmos & think #AFC on right path. @TheAthleticUK: https://t.co/rXXrMAtd9a

Theyโre almost toying with Arsenal at the moment. It just shows how important identity is for a side. Whilst tactics are obviously also very important, if you have a manager that comes in who gives a team a strong identity it gives them meaning and so consistency and fight, i.e. the exact opposite of this Arsenal team.

Klopp should have gone in for Pulisic, he’d known him for some time and players like that are hard to find.

They should keep Kyle Walker in goal, did nothing wrong in midweek. Just a bit of advice for Pep.

I donโt think the game at the Etihad last season can be underestimated in the swing it had on the title race. Up until that point City were 7 points behind and had lost 3 of their last 5 league games. It meant that City had to go for it, and Liverpool didnโt. And it set City up on their title charge.
But in this game because Liverpool are at home and City need to catch up, then I think *both* sides will go for it. I would expect a high scoring game, maybe a 3-2 type game. Itโll be a fascinating watch and ultimately tell us where City are and whether talk of them losing their edge is justified.
Letโs just hope any VAR shenanigans stay out it…
