9s-I have no idea if the takeover will go ahead or not,but teams that are not in any European comps will
spend as much as they can afford to,just look @ teams like WHU,Villa,Everton,Lesta,Wolves,ets.I fully expect Newcastle to be spending in the region of £150m every transfer window.

9s-Yes mate,in your opinion,but he did say it,I heard it myself.I said it a while ago,Newcastle will be spending big and I expect them to be spending £100m-£150m every transfer window.If the takeover deal goes through,we just have to accpet and get used to them being a superpower.As for challenging for the title,that what it means,namely that they will be challenging,not winning it.He also talked about relaxing the FFPR as a result of the Corona virus,and it has already started with PSG signing Icardi for £60m just yesterday.
