I ask you what I asked Paul, do you believe that the unprecedented growth of commercial revenue that took city above real and utd was legitimate? ie did the companies involved truly value the deals at this level and fund them themselves out of their own budgets, or, do you think they were actually artificially inflated and in fact funded by city owners with funds routed via these affiliated companies?

Now with all your experience can you tell me what it’s called when you misrepresent finances this way. I don’t know whether it’s money laundering, fraud or both but it’s obviously deliberately deceptive so whether you can argue it’s technically permissable is besides the point, city were bound to face backlash for deception at such a scale.

Further, it doesn’t matter whether we think FFP is fair or not..you cant just abide by the rules that suit you! You cant put two fingers up to rules you think are unfair AND expect all the other teams that comply with rules to sit back and do nothing, therefore you can’t play victim if they do investigate and charge, it’s the type of gaslighting abusers and psychopaths use!

Paul, I agree innocent until proven guilty but this victim complex from city is ridiculous, they say they welcome the chance to finally clear their name but have done nothing but obstruct and hinder investigation for years. I can’t believe this would still be ongoing if there wasn’t real evidence and I hope for you city fans that your confidence is well founded and proven justified.

Do you think city growing commercial revenue to above utd and real Madrid in space of a few years was legit? or do you believe the majority of that money came from city owners and routed via the sponsors, ie etihad? both logic and the leaked emails would suggest it is completely artificial.

Actually banjo I first thought you were suggesting 8 new teams per group ie 32 new places in ESL available each year but actually its just 8 at the bottom. Yes it’s better than the current ESL proposal but both far inferior to current model imo where there are new teams at all tiers every year and someone can go from no Europe to top tier of european competition based on league finish in one year.
