do you believe that the unprecedented growth of commercial revenue that took city above real and utd was legitimate? ie did the companies involved truly value the deals at this level and fund them themselves out of their own budgets, or, do you think they were actually artificially inflated and in fact funded by city owners with funds routed via these affiliated companies?
Don’t you dare answer it is legit while calling others gullible. You know it came from owner whether it can be proven 100% or not.

Nine, I cant see it being proven in terms of a civil case, UEFA gave approval for the sponsorship with etihad at the time for example, and while we all know clearly that the money from Etihad was money from the owner, proving it at the level it would need to be proven is unlikely. The consequences of finding them guilty are so high it won’t happen imo.

Nil, it will come down to which and how many of the charges stand up to scrutiny. For example, Its one thing knowing they very likely were fraudulent regards commercial revenue but proving it is another, if it weren’t for the leaked emails I dont think it could be proven.

Yeah mate, we are trying to create a sustainable wage structure, all new signings on lower wages than normal around 100k per week, mount seemingly wants north of 200k. James agreed extension on lesser terms than mount is demanding and I don’t think we will give him what he wants.

Nil, he is not strong enough to cope at this level, far too immature. I remember a few weeks back when they won a cup game and he was having a go at non league managers that were critical off him in his post match. Ridiculous behaviour and was clear to me then he not up to it.

Look, is it fair that the ladder is pulled up with FFP just after chelsea received all their investment direct from roman? No, I don’t think FFP is fair.
But this is besides the bloody point as when it is agreed all clubs should abide it. Everton are fighting relegation, their owners have money but cant spend it due to FFP, if they set up a bogus sponsorship with affiliated company to get around this and evidence was presented to PL all the other clubs would seek charges on Everton too.
