My thoughts on us in general is until we trim the squad massively and address the balance then whoever is manager is of secondary importance as our collective expectations exceed what I personally believe circumstances allow for any manager if we think we should be seriously challenging anyone at the top.
I don’t think poch is elite but equally I am not sure we deserve any better at the moment as sad as it makes me to say.
If poch is genuinely the best available to us right now I have no option but to accept it and hope for the best.
I do think whoever is next is destined to “fail” too though in terms of what will be expected. I think we will get back in top 4 next year but that will be our ceiling for at least a year or two and likely more. He is a good suit for a club that has same target as spurs 🤣

Just reading that chelsea’s new players don’t just have clauses for pay rises based on club performance, they also get decrease the other way of 30-50%.

It’s on 2 fronts now banjo.
The original rolling 3 year calculation regards maximum permitted loss is still there.
And we also have the new one which is yearly and will stipulate that next year a club can not spend over 90% of its income that year on its yearly costs towards wages, agents fee’s and the yearly amortised value of transfer fees.
The season after it will be capped at 80% then will settle at 70% year after.
Now Boehly obviously knows nothing about football, but if he gets the maths wrong there is no excuse.
