You know there are some chelsea fans who didn’t give Potter time of day and called him a PE teacher who are at this moment blaming Potter for our regression since he was sacked and sympathising for lamps for inheriting the mess. They list a load of issues that were also issues Potter had to contend with but for some reason they can be taken in to consideration now lamps is in the dugout.

I can’t wait for the season to end, only so much nonsense any of us can tolerate.

Mikus I wish my lot gave me the slightest bit of hope for remaining games and while it’s odds against for you there does seem to be some momentum building with form and results.

I think 5th is the lowest you will finish and you have an outside chance of 4th

Just looking at the table, any of you pool lads still have lingering hopes of top 4?

You have 53 points with 6 to play, so presuming best scenario of 6 wins the most you can get is 71 points.

Utd have 60 points and need 12 more from 7 remaining games to guarantee top 4, less required if pool are not perfect.

Bookies have it 7-1 for pool to finish top 4,I think thats fair and don’t think you will finish top 4 now but would love to see a late bit of drama!

Ed there is a young lad that lives close to me called Jack, think he is 11 but he is a tiny kid, anyway he is a utd fan and crazy about football. I told him I was going to bridge yesterday and he laughed like a boss and said “good luck lampard sucks!”

Few weeks ago we were talking about strikers and I said I would love Kane or Osimhen, he said “kane wouldn’t go to chelsea from spurs” so I said I think you are right but Osimhen would be amazing for us, he said “nah, you would give him number 9 shirt then he would suck because its chelsea and you got a curse!” He then started listing them all, even strikers who were playing for us before he was a sperms in his dad’s nut sack!

They are born with football banter in their DNA these days I can’t compete 😆. He had me with the number 9 curse one before but I still walked in to it. Nothing I say can touch him!

Edit: Just remembered he said it would happen to Lukaku too when we signed him the smart arse 🤣

Yeah Giblues, I think we could all agree in principle that domination by one team over many years is not desirable for anyone except the supporters of the dominant team.

Nah mate, lamps got a free hit at another prem job he didn’t deserve and champs league quarter final plus I am sure more than adequate compensation. We have regressed massively under him, much worse than Potter, and many are giving lamps a pass due to the circumstances which to me makes no sense when performances have got so much worse under him.

If we have failed him its because we haven’t enabled to recreate the illusion that he belongs at this level.

Looks as though it’s lamps until end of season then poch will come in.

Was at the bridge tonight and absolutely fuming.

Enough criticism has been thrown at boehly, quite rightly, so I will reserve my anger for Frank lampard tonight as I am sure as hell boshly didn’t tell him to setup like we did with 8 men behind Gallagher and sterling in a bloody 532. We are mid table and we set up like a bottom half club tonight I am so bloody angry with it.

Crowd was flat as soon as we lined up because we knew it stank, but we really got behind them in second half after the changes when we looked like we were giving it a go.

Just remember that in the period since we sacked Potter he has earned us more prem points than lamps has, Potter picked the last team that got a result that wasn’t a loss.
