To be fair Mav I dont for one second truly believe they would have got less points or won less games if they had kept allardyce, Silva has not really shown any value at all. Everton look weaker than the sum of their parts and whenever that is the case over a long period, the manager will eventually be sacked.

Newcastle been awful, stat just came up with 64% pass accuracy out of just over 100 pass attempts, Brighton were I think 88% out of over 300 pass attempts. I think Newcastle are going down. I think Watfords owners and Mike Ashley all deserve nothing better than relegation, just a shame the fans have to suffer.

Exactly Threeps, If it is clear within first replay then give offside, but if you have to watch replay after replay from all sorts of angles to decide which way it is when we are talking about millimetres then for heavens sake just give the advantage to the attacker and get on with the bleeding game! We want to see goals and Son wasnt looking to gain an unfair advantage, just give the bloody goal!

Banjo, can you drop a link to were I can read those projections, I cant find them through google. I can find lots of links to Deloitte showing spurs have second highest profit and thats great in itself obviously, if that continues then they may well become the best club in England for turning a profit but thats not what you or any one else will judge your team on. The proof will be when spurs start spending like the richest club, then I will believe you, and probably swear at you too 🙂

Good post banjo, obviously the projections you cite cant really be taken on board without understanding how it is calculated, but just because it doesnt make sense to me now doesnt mean it isnt correct.

You know your club better than me banjo, and while I dont think it would be disastrous if Poch leaves I do struggle to see how spurs could progress further with him let alone without. When you consider the relative resources he has had to other managers, then compare relative points gained over last 4 or 5 years, I struggle to see how many managers could do as well let alone better.
Imo, if Poch goes it will be of his own free will, no way in hell would Levy push him, because he always delivers for Levy what Levy needs to deliver to the owners, no safe bet alternatives out there that I can see that can guarantee Levy’s Job, and ultimately that is Levy’s main goal, self preservation via consistently delivering profits.
