Mikus, which Prem team you think he most likely to go to? I think both spurs and utd would love to have him playing for them in that leftvwing role.
The kind of money villa would want for him I can only see utd as a realistic option.

Pagan, but to turn attention to James for a minute what a player he is developing in to, and great that in a game of so few chances we had a right back delivering crosses like that. We really sorted for first choice full backs now with James and chilwell

Nine, only just saw your post earlier re tammy, I agree mate and feel a bit better about it knowing you feel the same because like you I really want him to succeed too, Ed compared him to welbeck earlier, that really hurt 🙂
Hopefully pulisic can reach full fitness and form because the front 3 you mentioned would be lamps first choice I think and we yet to see it.

Pagan, fair enough, although if he started I am sure he would have been determined to prove he should be starting more often, but you could be on to something there and given his age ideally he shouldn’t be more than a sub for us anyway. Certain games though I just feel he should start and vs spurs was one of them, or at least come on earlier as you suggested.

Ed funny how footie fan psychology works aint it? I already admitted I would start giriud over tammy, clearly meaning tammy aint good enough for the games that matter, but as soon as fans of other clubs voice the same opinion I am compelled to reverse my own opinion and stand up for the player!
Time will tell I am just glad we have given these lads their chances, no one can deny that.

Yeah ed I didn’t add the subs appearances, 22 goal involvements in first 45 PL games is more than decent for a 22 Yr old in debut prem season even though it tailed off
I would expect inconsistency,for example rashford far more experienced in prem but still struggles for consistency, tough league to be consistent in for all but the very best.

Re tammy,
Last season 25 PL appearances (9 as sub) 15 goals 3 assists
This season 6 PL appearances (3 as sub) 3 goals and 1 assist
So 22 goals/assists in 33 games is without question PL standard.
None of this can excuse that he clearly needs to improve in the big games, but it certainly justifies the chances he has been given and the faith we gave put in him at such a young age

There is no doubt Tammy needs to improve a substantial amount to be at the level we really desire, I can’t write him off completely because he is an academy player I really want to succeed, but the level required us so high if we want to achieve it we will have make some tough decisions again at the end of this season.

Moos, I am torn on Tammy, on the one hand I want him starting as many games as possible to aid his development but on the other hand for the biggest games I want to maximise our chances of getting a result. I wanted giroud to start yesterday and disappointed he didn’t I think he would have scored given the chances James provided for Tammy.

Ed they gone backwards under arteta plain to see at least before they could attack, worst arsenal I ever seen.
Also congrats on the comeback, classy cavani that winning header was perfection, hope Tammy watches on MOTD! Remember reading tammy was gutted we didn’t sign cavani last January when there were rumours of talks. Like giroud he will offer that front line some vital experience and class. I think ole and lamps need to make the most of them and to be honest I wanted giroud to start for us today.

Shiney, second half spurs dud well to contain Chelsea to few decent chances imo and any point that takes you top of the table is a fantastic point mate

Spurs and Chelsea have improved so much in last 12 months its unreal, City and pool don’t have as big a margin for error as they have in last 2 seasons. This could be an interesting title race.
