Ed, if kane doesn’t move to city this year I will be amazed, its perfect fit for them because he not just a fantastic finisher he can drop in to midfield and help dominate the ball like pep loves, I am sure pep would want him and its just going to come down to the money levy demands.

Really hope he stays in prem though whatever he does

Banjo, in all honesty I do think it would be nice for him to stay at spurs and become the top prem goals scorer of all time. He doesn’t need a prem title to go down as an all time great, his performances speak for themselves and if he has another 5 years at this level he will have had an amazing career and become a bona fide spurs and prem legend.

Banjo totally understand mate, losing kane is unthinkable for spurs fans, I can only dream of chelsea signing him as it is 99.9999% certain he wouldn’t choose us even if we tried.

Maybe we have to settle for lewandowski for a year or two

Mike, I hope every club except chelsea agree with you re kane mate.

Chelsea have an abundance of youth that is very exciting but the reintroduction of experienced players like azpi and rudiger has been pivotal to the turn around under tuchel

Pulisic, havertz, mount, they would all benefit from playing with kane every week and ultimately chelsea would be a much better team

The only concerns are injuries but even when he is out a few months his stats for season as whole are better than 99% of players that play every game

Notice, it is rather tense mate and very hard to watch knowing how widely different our season could turn out based on just last few games and how much is riding on it.

Thankfully got the right result tonight but 2 more tense games ahead and I am more nervous than excited at this point!

Utd are so consistent lately I took dog for walk after lunch with villa leading 1-0 I knew by the time I got back utd would have turned it around

City switched to 3 at back nine?

Interesting to see how city shape up, rodri is the only orthodox centre midfielder in line up

3 centre backs and cancelo and mendy on wing, then Rodri plus torres, Sterling, aguero and Jesus. Unusual team, hope we don’t get caught out

Like our 11 and happy to see gilmour get a chance alongside kante in a big game

Can’t argue with any changes on either side really, fixtures coming too thick and fast and I think both coaches doing a great job dealing with it.

Hope its a better game than fa cup semi final!

Chelsea thought it was in the stars when we finally got to a final, then we lost on pens to utd

Munich thought it was in the stars when they got to final in own stadium, they lost on pens to a chelsea team that was far inferior to the chelsea teams that came so close many times before

All the pressure is on pep and city to win it this year. I concede that city have the better more experienced team and are favourites, but that pressure could also come in to play. City would have hoped for a real win last night, 100% sure of that
