I don’t think pep is necessarily the best manager, he is a genius though and I know that sounds contradictory but the best managers would not screw up the biggest of games as consistently as pep does.

I read recently that talent is hitting a target others can’t hit, but genius is hitting a target others can’t see. He has created football beyond the imagination of any coach in prem history imo and there lies his genius. But he is not the best manager at all imo, klopp is more effective if you consider relative resource and ignore style of football.

City may need to change their manager to win the champs league, either that or sign messi 🙂

For me it’s about whether away goals rule deciding ties is fairer than extra time and if needed pens. Imo it is not and so I welcome the change.
