You got me worried now nine! 🙂 if saul has been signed with promise of playing as one of the 10’s when we already have mount, havertz, ziyech pulisic, CHO and werner competing for those positions then I am flabbergasted. We have 3 players for 2 positions in central midfield, that’s where we needed the addition and I hope to god that is where he is expecting to play. Its where he has played all his career for atletico before simeone changed system last year.

Not sure saul will play in advanced positions nine, he may now and again but I see him in the double pivot and to be on bench on weekend with jorginho and kovacic starting.
Who is fit to support werner and mount? Would have pulisic, CHO or ziyech they all good enough it’s who is fittest and training best.

Banjo, just been watching bandersnatch, I think it is fantastic mate. I think the only way you could use this interactive story telling like this is if the interactive part becomes part of the story/narrative just like they did it.
I love the way it plays with your perception. First you see yourself as the lad, as you would watching most shows, but especially in this as you are making his choices, then he starts to become aware of you, and you realise that you are given a completely different perspective as a viewer with this show than any other.
I got a bit if adrenaline rush as the decisions became crazier and crazier. Thinking of it as some sort of video game I kept waiting for it to go back to certain part to undo the crazy but it never got sane again 😆
Love the all the existential stuff like the drug trip in the flat with that guy colin, the concept of free will always turns my head inside out and the whole show just nails it. The character starts believing something is controlling him, we believe it is us, but our choices for him are limited and prescribed and it’s not us in control of anything either. I mean why did I choose frosties anyway? I don’t know, neither does the poor guy I made eat them!
I’m not sure if there us any sort of real ending to this, without risking providing spoilers I do think I have reached some ending. I know it keeps allowing you to loop back each time gets to credits but just got to one scene which seemed to he a fitting closer and then when credit’s ran instead if giving me option to go back to previous choice, as it had always done before, I just had suggestions of other TV shows to watch next like it was completely done. I tried to resume and I am back at the very first scene but it still shows my previous choices to skip back to its weird. I think tomorrow I will put it on again but try to get it to completely end with a different scene this time to see if there are multiple different ways it can resolve.
Really fun show banjo thanks for mentioning it on here, will watch the black mirror series now no doubt.👍

That ted lasso show is good banjo just watching first few episodes, first one wasn’t great, mainly because the premise of the show is absurd, but like all good shows it’s all about the characters and it’s getting better each episode.
The episode I just watched his young son comes to see him from States and witnesses the crowd chanting at his old man “wanker! Wanker!” So he he asks what’s a wanker dad? Ted says “its a man that likes to be alone with his thoughts” 🙂

The more I think about this move nine the better it seems I don’t see how we could have possibly got better as a squad player it’s fantastic business, even if he doesn’t excel he will still provide the minimum value we want which is to be back up to the 3 we have for a year. Whichever way it goes with him this deal is such a good one for us.

We got lucky YB. Both that we had such investment to get us to the top table, but also that over last 10 years everything possible has been done to maximise our chances of continually competing at top level within our income and without the need of subsidy.
Not to be taken for granted and in a fair environment other clubs should be able to get as lucky as we have.
Long may it continue but never to be taken for granted bud.
