Good evening Brian. I agree that tomorrow’s game will be difficult. Cardiff are a team of cloggers. Not sure if this is the game for Foden but surely Gundogan won’t start. Pep should stop chopping and changing with our centre backs. Liverpool aren’t changing theirs. Walker had a stinker against Lyon. We need the points tomorrow. A new striker in the January window please.

City were awful. Pep needs to stop mucking about with the middle of the defence. We need a new striker – Jesus not good enough.

We didn’t need Mahrez- he looked out of his depth in tonight’s game. The guy we should have gone for is Aubangyemang or however his name is spelt. Clearly Jesus is simply not good enough. Incidentally anyone else notice our under 19s got mullered?

15th April 2018 at 8:00 pm in reply to: *****Congratulations Manchester City***** Premier League Champions 2018 #20392A bit of a damp squib as many had hoped we’d have won it at home against United. Then I think we were all hoping to win it against Swansea – at home. Still, this Blue is very happy indeed. I didn’t think we’d beat Spurs but the guys turned it on and beat the Spuds in style. Mind you, that was never a penalty!

Really a very difficult game – i think it could be 4 in a row. I’d be tempted to use Delph as the holding midfielder – not sure about left back though. I wouldn’t want Zinchenko play there having seen him against Basle. Are we going to miss Sergio.

Adlab if you truly have atrial fibrillation be very careful. I’m sure you know that atrial fibrillation is a risk factor for stroke.

I’ve predicted a draw as United did last season. If Guardiola downgrades this game and plays the same players as he did against Basle we will lose.

We had enough chances to have won that game – could (and should) have had two penalties. Pep didn’t learn from Spurs against Rochdale. put yor strongest players on at the beginning of the game. Now let’s make sure we win the League Cup against Arsenal.

It really is time that this PC Puritanism was kicked into touch. It really is time to oppose it.

Warnock said that the tackle deserved a red card. Both lawrenson and Mowbray as well as the guys in the studio all said Barnett should have been given a red card. That linesman who disallowed Silva’s goal should have told the ref about the tackle. Barnett has apologised. I’m sorry but I simply don’t believe that Warnock told his players to break the legs of City players. What this showed is that Cardiff are nowhewre near as good as Bristol City who harrassed City in both games bt didn’t clog our players. If Aguero gets injured we may be in the soup. One thing’s for sure Sterling still misses opportunities.

Arsenal are a bit of a bogey team for us. In last season’s semi-final they clogged Silva out of the game. We must make sure that doesn’t happen again. Be good to beat the Whinger though. As for Chelsea v United I can see that being a draw or a United victory.

City were under the cosh initially but managed to get their game going. Whether the loss of Napoli’s left back had anything to do with it is an unanswerable point. The second half was much better. The third goal was a right cracker and the fourth was the icing on the cake. Clearly, Gundogan had run himself into the ground. David Silva made it safe by helping us ke possession. At the end Napoli were well beaten, hence Merton’s foul on Sterling.

The EU are backing Spain as well, so not only May. Pity Spain doesn’t organise a properly run referendum.
