For kicking the ball away.
Ridiculous rule, there was like a second between Oliver blowing his whistle and Trossard kicking the ball. It is down to momentum and adrenaline.
No comment sense.

Sean-
Problem Ten Hag has got on that left side is Gernacho is on form too. He also scored 3 goals in 2 games. But his all round game is better than Rashfords.
Rashford attitude just stinks. There are rumours after the Barnsley game, Rashford travelled to London and arrived back late the following day before training. This is not the 1st time too. He doesn’t see that the people he surrounds himself with are just dragging him down. He turns 27 next month and is no where near the player he should be. The club should have sold him, Ferguson would have spotted this long ago. He is today’s Walcott.

Rashford might as well stayed on the bench.
Game changed when Zirkzee came off, his link up helped United. Pony after that.

His style of play is like Ole’s. This gung ho football, which is careless. His personality is like Big Sam. Cracking jokes to mask over the poor results.
If he was at United, all of this would have been picked up on.

Ange has lost 7 of his last 11 games. 32 points in 42 games in charge.
No one cares because Big Ange calls journalists βmateβ and played a high line when down to 9 men against Chelsea.
Madness how people thought he was good enough for United.

Liverpools 1st 3 games were against sides who are quite open and not extremely defensive with their approach.
It is against sides like Forest which will test Slot. Where there will be 2 blocks and they will try to hit you on the counter.
Managers like Klopp and Pep found ways to get around these tactics.

Comfortable in the end. The missed penalty changed everything.
If United play like they did in the opening 35 minutes against any top half side in the PL, the game will be over.

2 nil Southampton
Not sure what the purpose behind playing Eriksen for Casemiro. Pretty much replacing 1 player who has lost his legs for another.

Sean-
I have to disagree. Ten Hag has had more funding than any manager since Ferguson. He has been allowed to change his backrooms staff and so on. No club would have stuck by him by now.
The only thing you cannot blame him on is the mess he walked in to. Rashford is a disgrace. You can tell he has thrown his toys out of the pram because of the way his pal Sancho has been treated. Pogba use to do the same. Due to him having this lucrative contract, he thinks he is better than what he actually is.

I believe it is down to lack of leadership on the playing side more than charisma. That is why you see a difference with Ragnick when you compare his tenures at United and Austria.
Part of the reason Ferguson was successful is because of the amount of leaders he had in the squad. Slot has walked in to a side full of leaders, so did Pep.
When Ten Hag took over, who were the leaders?

True about Ten Hag and his lack of pattern of play. But I cannot remember a United manager since Ferguson who successfully instilled his style of play.
Look at how Ragnick struggled to deploy his tactics for United compared to what he is done at Austria.
Players need to take responsibility too.

Southampton (A)
Crystal Palace (A)
Spurs (H)
Villa (A)
Brentford (H)
West Ham (A)United’s next 6 games. How many of these are winnable. Honestly think we will only end up with 3 points out 18. Draw against Southampton, Spurs and Brentford.

New manager bounce happens at every club but Manchester United. Ole was the only manager to get off on a good run. Moyes, Van Gaal, Jose, Ragnick, Ten Hag start have been atrocious.

No hiding for Ten Hag now. Close to 600m spent and still the same shite. He doesnt have injuries to hide behind now.
Not sure why he sticks with 4231. At Ajax he played 532 4222 and 433.

Well exactly how I predicted.
Liverpool players are more clinical. Even with the mistakes, there was still some work to do for them to score. United didn’t threaten much.
Rashford needs to piss off.

Sean-
Liverpool started off badly that season. Think they drew 2 games in a row and were in poor form themselves at the time. United played Liverpool at the right time.
We will have to see. I am just not convinced United will get anything from today’s game. Liverpool have got a threatening front 3, United are struggling to create chances and score goals. They do not have anyone clinical.
