Nepolean, I wouldn’t have been surprised if they done an “Arsenal” and kinda pretended none of it happened, and sweeped it under the carpet with a “charges were dropped, he wasn’t found guilty, therefore he must be innocent” type of press release… (as I would suspect most clubs, including my own, would do!)
Guilty or not, he’s still an “expensive” asset and I’m sure this element was also very carefully considered.
Going to be interesting to see if he’s “sold”, “loaned” or just given away…

Surprised and impressed with the actions of YooUtd here…
To me, it’s all smoke and mirrors now, we all saw/heard the tape, but now it’s been spun out into “didn’t hear the whole tape and it’s been taken out of context” reasoning…
And as I’ve mentioned before, I’m not remotely surprised the “victim” and her family have “made-up” with multi-millionaire Mason, that’s the society we live in now.
There’s a lot of truth in what Adder’s posted above at 7:54…

Did somebody actually compare the UEFA Champions League to Eurovision??? Now I’ve heard it all… 🙂
Actually, the 64 billion dollar question would be if any AL-Bundy teams are allowedin the Champions League, do they have to follow FFP rules?? Because that will screw up their entire league in one go as we all know that’s just a tad little bit financially doped…

Only saw the last 15 minutes or so, and the Jammy Todgers didn’t look good at all, so all in all, a good day for me! 🙂
Still very happy about our result, and have the added bonus that my CEO has to buy me lunch in about 20 minutes (he’s a YooUtd fan and we have a regular standing “bet”… been starving for years!)

I’d get used to it, Bluemoon, you’re slavemaster owners aren’t going anywhere, they’ve invested too much in their “please like me” campaign… and I’m not buying into it to give “you a break”… as long as your owners are buying every trophy they can for a sportswashing campaign, I’ll be here to remind of that so, like I said, get used to it.

I started watching, and soon found myslef doing other things and only paid attention when the commentator got excited… and then went back to doing what I was doing…

Calmed down now…. as for the glorious Spuds, that goalie looked decent enough, made some pretty decent saves, saved by the woodwork once… Porro looks great going forwards, as does Destiny, I think a lot of teams are going to have a lot of joy getting in behind them, our CB’s looked okay (or was it a lack of decent attacking moves in front of them?), Bissuoma had his best game I’ve seen him play, Wee Jimmy was popping up all over the place, and Sarr got a lot better in the 2nd half (can’t wait to see what a midfield of Jimmy/Biss-Boss/Benny can do, that could be really interesting!)… Son and Ginger did what they normally do, both looked a bit lost without Harry mind you, and Richy was just useless… I think that lad from Belguim would fit in nicely (Orban, not Lukakauaku!)… certainly couldn’t be any worse…
Going to be an entertaining season for us Spud-lovers for sure… 🙂

Don’t think for one minute the Bone Saw Champs will get in CL, do that and then the South American teams will want in etc….
I think a much better bet would be a bi-annual “Club World Cup”, held every two years between the World Cup and the Euros… (not that I agree with that, just saying I think that’s more likely to happen!).
Anyway, finally got around to Googling that Gift Orban, I know it’s Youtube, but that lad can finish, would much rather have him than the lad from Juve that I can’t spell… do it Levy, not like we don’t have the cash to splash, even withoutusing Jammy Todgers accounting practices.
