Thing is waspy, we haven’t been playing too badly over the last 8-10 games, certainly feel like we deserved more points than we got during that period, and certainly think we beat ourselves more than the oppo’s beat use.
YooUtd are the new Spuds (blowing hot and cold)… they’re very capably of beating us, especially at home, but if we find our shooting boats it could be a drubbing the other way. At least, according to reports, we’ll actually be playing CB’s at Cb rather than the dubious pairing of Royal and Davies…
Fancy a 3-2 but don’t want to guess who to!

Like I said, we’ll agree to disagree on that one, I’m sure if a Pool defender did the same you’d be singing a different tune… 🙂
As for rooting for the Bone Saw, not really, I don’t think we’ll finish above 115 by the end of the season whatever happens tonoght, so I would rather they kept Bone Saw beneath us…

Sorry, Mak, we’ll have to agree to disagree on that one, I think King Eric had a bigger “impact” on YooUtd than VVD did at Pool…

If DVD get bonus points for transforming Pool into contenders (and please note I’m not saying he didn’t) and was the catalyst for a very successful period in their history, then you’ve got to give Cantona extra double bonus points as I think he was the catalyst for a much longer and more successful period at YooUtd… and considering the amount paid for either player (even with inflation) he has to up there for absolute best transfer of all time…
