There is a “crazy” scnerio in which the Prem could get 7 in the CL next year, depending on somw freak results… but that needs your lot to win the Europa, the 115 to win the CL, both to finish outside top 5 (highly unlikely) etc….

Nil, the two countries wth highest coefficiants for this season get an extra spot. Currently its Spain & Germant with Engerland 3rd… but we’re very close to 2nd and, looking at the draw etc… very likely to finish above Germany by seasons end so an extra spot for the Prem.

Didn’t see yesterdays game (caught the highlights this morning) but a deserved 3 point for us Spuds, against another team playing ten behind the ball… cracking the “low-block” is something we need to be working on…

Anyway, a 115 fan today for obvious reasons… need to keep that gap to 6th as wide as possible… and a huge 6 pointer next weekend…

I watched the first 30-35 minutes and it was all very 1-sided… Munich were playing very much like Conte’s Spuds used too… 3 CB’s, Wingbacks playing as full-backs, and trying to hit on the counter… one could argue they were giving Leverkusan far too much time and space to knock the ball about but if I were a Pool fan, I wouldn’t be getting my knickers in a knot about Alonso taking over….

Still think it will be Top5 for CL next year… so YooUtd would only need to catch one of Spuds/Villians, and considering us, after about 15 games of nonsense since the Todgers implosion, have got pretty much everybody back from injuries/suspensions/cups I would think Villians might be the ones looking over their shoulders…

Big three points for YooUtd…. but is it too late? Was looking at the schedule… no more “6 pointers” against Spuds/Villians to help them, but still 5 games against the traditonal “big clubs”, City, Pool, Goonies, Bone Saw Boyz and the Todgers…. still in with a shout for CL footy but they’re going to have to earn it the hard way…
