HT… didn’t set the alarm clock, gave away a stupid sloppy goal, battered them for 25 minutes without somehow putting it in the net, and then another 20 minutes of watching us fall to the “dark arts” again… look out for Berry from Luton… shite baller but what a f*****g wind-up merchant… Werner, sorry, got to go, we’ve got better options… can see some changes at half-time… Sonny out to left, Richy in the Middle for now… Bissuoma, where did you go and who is person wearing your shirt??

Same problem as ‘european’ football… just too much of it… and too many worthless games… domeestic leagues work as these are clubs which have been facing each other for decades (or even centuries in some countries) so every game has a lot more history to it, and domestic leagues aren’t over with one defeat (unlike the exciting parts of international football) so teams go for it more… ‘

The only football I’ve watched over this international break was the first half of Poland vs Wales (and that’s because it was a “winner takes all” game)… never watched a second of either Engerland game. Don’t care. Irrelevent. Pointless.

Too much difference between international and national football… 80 or even 90% of Engerland games you would expect Engerland to win considering how many games are seeded, the rest are in the the knock-out rounds of tournaments so it’s win or go home… off course Waistcoat is going to be thnking about not losing just as much as he is about winning… lose one and your out, nothing like a 38 game league schedule…

(And no, I wasn’t including international friendlies, the biggest waste of space on a footballing calander)

A certain incident really double pissed me off so I went on “strike”… did nothing for 2 weeks (mastered the art of delegation), got dragged into the office for what I thought was going to be a bit of a bullocking and walked out a proper promotion (not a sideways promotion) which came with an actual “makes a difference” payrise… so now I’m on 2 weeks holiday (forced vacation to use up “extra” days vacation before the end of the month sort of thing) trying to figure out what actually happened and whether doing sweet fanny adams is the way forward…

Agree with 3p’s… didn’t for one moment think Kelleher had a bad game at all… could he have done better, maybe, but certainly didn’t think “wow, goalie cocked up there” on any of the goals…

Just as with my Spuds yesterday, I think Pool had a slight “Billy Bigboots” attitude about them today… great game but Pool should have had enough in the tank… for once (at least when I’ve been watching) YooUtd had a bit of “spirit” about them… of course, I wonder how much of that was ruining Pool’s “Quadruple”… we’ll find out during their next game…
