I don’t think Mahrez is what Liverpool may need if you lose Coutinho. You have two attacking wide players in Mane and Salah. All you need is a central attacking playmaker which Coutinho is. I won’t be surprised if Liverpool goes for Ozil, i could clearly understand why Klopp would want. Mahrez is a great player, but he likes to come from the right hand side. The same position occupied by Salah and i don’t think if any Liverpool fan would swap that for Mahrez. C.Puel tried to use him as a No10 but it couldn’t work as he was less effective in that position. And Liverpool play 4-3-3. Three attackers plus three central midfielders.

I don’t think if Mourinho was sincere when he made those comments. “Because i don’t celebrate on the touchline like a clown doesn’t mean that i lost the passion” looks that its directed at someone else.and i won’t be surprised if that comment was directed at Conte since he is the one who runs up and down in the touchline. Mourinho has a history of trying to wind up managers. He has been trying that with Wenger, Pep, Klopp and Conte. But that is i prefer Conte to restrain himself. Let him do his talking on the pitch.

“I don’t blame him.
“The press should apologise to me and him. Question was completely wrong and because of that, out of control reaction. I was speaking about myself”.
“I don’t need the Chelsea manager to say I made mistakes in the past and will in future. What I will say is I will never be banned for match fixing.”Jose Mourinho 05/01/2018
It seems that this storm won’t die easily. i expect an other response from Conte. what is Mourinho in to? does he want to derail our season by distracting Antonio Conte? is Antonio Conte a threat to his hopes of landing the PSG job? does he feel that Conte is getting a lot of plaudits and is liked by the press and is jealous about that? something isn’t right within Mourinho’s head.

5th January 2018 at 9:46 pm in reply to: Liverpool V Everton – FAC 3RD Round Friday 5th – 19:55 – BBC #11167Well that is half of the £75m Liverpool paid for Van Dijk returned. that is a big goal and may turn out to be a decisive one if Liverpool win this trophy.

Very sorry to hear that 999, R.I.P to your mother. like you i felt Conte could have just let it go. but when someone constantly provokes you, its difficult to contain your emotions. let us hope Conte restrains himself the next time has a press conference. and on the positive side, his fights would Mourinho may motivate him to stay at Chelsea. who knows that? fingers crossed.

I thought it was Mouriho who fired the first shot on Thursday. When he said ” because i don’t behave like a clown in the touchline doesn’ t mean that i have lost the passion”. Then Conte only reminded him what he has done at Oldtrafford in 2004, and Camp Nou in 2007 and 2010.

I have never been a fan of Barkley.and i have been skeptical about his signing in the past. And nothing has changed from my opinion. Will he be a starter? I agree with you he is likely to be a sub impact. But Chelsea isn’t as predictable as we once was. How many of us thought Moses will be a regular? Who saw Christensen deposing Luiz this season in the summer? He isn’t guaranteed to start. But he has a chance to fight. But at the end of the day he is a Chelsea player and will have my undivided loyalty and support.

Wenger accusses Hazard of a dive and at the same time he ignores the dive of his goal scorer who shouldn’t have been on the pitch to score that goal. What a hypocrite he is ! The decision is only bad when he is against his team. But when it favours him its good and legitimate.

4th January 2018 at 10:23 pm in reply to: Wednesday Night Footy (and maybe Thursday… whatever!) #11063I haven’t been his biggest fan. but some of the cricism that Moyes have to do with was unjustified. within a period of 4 years, Moyes has become a not good enough Manager. after doing some fantastic job at Everton. now Everton is struggling and have 3 managers in 4 years, the same happened to United. Sunderland is at the bottom of the Championship. he now needs to rebuild his reputation once again.

3rd January 2018 at 9:24 pm in reply to: Wednesday Night Footy (and maybe Thursday… whatever!) #10971The same way he favoured for Spurs last night? but at-least he let Wilshere play the game. he didn’t give us offside goal either.and one of our players wasn’t spared from red.
