I always try to show respect to every poster in any forum that i visit. i have no problem in people showing their dissent towards my opinion. and i’m not right always. but what i like is things to be kept respectfully. there was one incident that has discouraged me from going and contributing regularly at the Team talk Genral site. Footydebate was the first place that i went and seek comfort. and i have to say its a wonderful site run by a wonderful editor, and in footydebate we have a wonderful group of posters. with that said after a period of reflection i have taken back my decision and will continue to be in the site. thanks for your support. as for Paxton, i have no ill feeling to wards you. its good to show respect to another other. and i stand by that.

Ref favouring Chelsea? we could have taken a point at Oldtrafford if the ref was consistent. typical Spurs fan. never acknowledges when Chelsea is on the receiving end. to remind you another one. against Spurs your Dier should have been sent off but the Spurs loving refs let him off the hook. and the number of the dives that you got with penalties this season? you should be the last person to talk about the refereeing favours. who cares what think?

Anyway the bottom line is where Drogba started and where he finished is very impressive.

And you know Drogba is from AFrica, and a country in a civil war. which makes his achievement impressive. its not that he had the luxury of being born in Europe i think.

Its not that Lukaku is a young player. he will be 25 in may. so that age Drogba played his first final. and since then he has never looked back. this is not fair. you can’t compare a legend who has done it at every stage to a player who has never even played a final.

Pagan
Its un-insult to compare him to Lukaku. there is no way he should be compared. all big teams know who Drogba was. Ask Barca, Juventus, Bayern. isn’t that how world class players judged?

Let history judge him. Drogba can sit back and enjoy his contribution. he has scored 9 finals. i think any comparison is futile. at 24 yrs of age Drogba was leading OM in to the Uefa cup final back in 2004. i don’t know how he could be compared to a player who has never played a final. i know you have beaten us last week. but respect the legends. we have tremendous respect for Giggs, Scoles, and Cantona.

I will be worried about Mourinho moving 6 points ahead. but Liverpool will drop points that will happen. so i would rather have them ahead of us.

23rd February 2018 at 7:25 pm in reply to: The Summer Transfer Window – Early days but important #16407I can’t see that being true. United can be naive but they are not stupid. how on earth would theyΒ agree with such stupid deal?

To their credit the two manager has stuck to their pre matchΒ conference and tried to diffuse the tension. personally i would like to remember this fixture for the footballing side, and not the managerial confrontations.

21st February 2018 at 10:20 pm in reply to: Champions League: "It's a Knockout" Stage (Goonies need not apply) #16229I think bothΒ Sanchez and Pogba are quality players. getting theΒ best out of them is the challenge. deploying 3-5-2 i think will be solution. i’m not a manager, but i think in that formation. Pogba can play behind the 2 strikers ( Sanchez and Lukaku) at the no 10. in this way he can have less defending to do and can concentrate on the attacking side of the game.Β and you can have Matic and HerreraΒ sitting , plus two wing backs.

you are such shrewd negotiator if you want Bakayoko and Casemiro swap. for me i feel we would match any team with him and Kante pulling the strings in our midifeld. if we truly want him, it could be that Conte will be staying in the summer. he is probably a Conte player.
