Yeah it’s a weird one. The Chelsea fans seem really mixed about letting him go. They seem to be unanimous in regretting letting him to go Utd but mixed over losing him from the team. If he plays like he did at the weekend, I think Chelsea will regret it in the end.

Where do you think Danny boy could go Banjo, if anywhere? I guess Utd seem the most logical fit but the Chelsea rumour certainly seems logical, if somewhat unlikely.

Atmosphere in PL grounds in general seems to be on the decline. What’s the general feeling amongst the Liverpool fans on the understandably sensitive subject of safe standing?

Maverick, if that’s ever going to happen this is surely the summer to get it done. Scouts all around the Europe must be on extended breaks!

Jonny Evans to City is a weird one. He’s a decent centreback but nothing more. I can only imagine they’re short on their homegrown quota. Drinkwater to Chelsea, Jonny Evans to City, Paulinho to Barca. The Champions League is looking exciting this year!

The fee (rumoured Β£40mil) just makes it even more bizarre. He’s 29/30 too. How does someone like that, deemed not good enough for top European sides, do enough in China to convince an elite club to spend that amount of money on him at that age. Just bizarre. Makes the Gravesen to Real Madrid move a few years back look entirely logical

Sean, I didn’t know they’d won the last 3 at Anfield. As you say, it’s one of those games all the big sides should be winning but those can sometimes be the hardest to win as the away team just camp in their own box. Liverpool need teams to come at them. You’d expect some kind of an attempt to play football from a De Boer team

I had a play with it so it should be better now. If not, I’ll try to get some expert help soon to get it sorted properly!

Paxton, is it any better now? If not, what is the problem? Are the boxes too narrow?

P.S. Banjo, I noticed your predictions for this week have City to draw (hope so!) and a thumping win for your lot at home to Chelsea. Could Conte be in trouble as early as 2 games in if that does happen?
Everyone else, remember to get your predictions in

Some good ones there Banjo. I fancy Huddersfield to keep the pressure on Utd at the top, with a convincing home win over Newcastle! At least one of Chelsea or Spurs will drop points. Hopefully a draw there. A loss for Chelsea could make things very interesting. Will Wembley be the issue a lot predict for Spurs?
Liverpool should get their first big win over a poor Palace side. City should really be winning at home to Everton. Rooney will be up for that one

Definitely feels like there are more goals in this Sean. That away goal is massive though
