Great win, despite PSG niggly approach to the game, which I could not understand because they have some great players. Not going to pick a MotM because I think they all did well. I am amazed that a 36yr old can run a midfield like Fernandinho, I know his time is running out but what a wonderful player for City

Nil, you are right….I only shop where free parking available, even though I have a disabled Blue badge I still have to pay on many in Town centres. The Car Parking, may well be called an “industry “now

Chuky…I think he is meaning previous posts as well on this thread. It does need the theme changing I think we have all said our bit. As for Bale….he will go where he can get the golf in, I hear he is a low handicap player and loves the game…..maybe he should join City, Pep has the same love for golf, even plays with Tommy Fleetwood. Just think of the team talk at City. Bale chips one over toSterling who misses, then Bale drives forward, great position drills one in, hits the post/flag and drops in!!!!

g.i blues…that is the best way. If you are not selling the merchandise or buying the tickets it will have an effect on the balance sheet…where it does hurt. I also believe there is more to this than we know and some f the remarks from the pundits are not helpful. The situation need to calm down. It is known that tribalism exist in many clubs by those that have no interest in the club and or reasons why any protest is made. It is OK to have an organised peaceful demo but if it gets out of control the organisers are responsible because they should have marshalled the event. You cannot have it both ways. The Police are on a hideing to nothing but they too need to be more decisive and stop any potential trouble earlier. They actually let the crowds build to the scenario that happened instead of earlier action in my opinion. I still come back to my earlier point and I have been a football fan for many years…when has football club been more important than responsibilities itself and do not forget, there are millions of ordinary people out there who have no interest in football, they must be thinking “madnesss”. Fans are not going to get what they want 50+1, what they do want is somebody else to invest more than anybody else, but they call the “shots”. That is not going to happen
I am no way saying Glazier is good for Utd but nobody beat his offer, which Utd accepted. He will sell, in his time frame, Utd fans have to wait for that day_____________________________

Nine..agree about the 50+1 scenario…..it would not work here, I doubt it works in Germany as well if you examine the small print and stakeholder list. Who in their right mind would invest millions/bilions for a 50% no control stake. Please find me somebody and I will come out of retiremnet and start a business again. Living in dreamland

Ed…you also miss the point I am making. It is idiots like this, and that applies to fans of other clubs not just Utd, we all have them, that is one step from anarchy. This is about how to act and respond in a decent way, anything else is not acceptable to me. It is my view that these people had no concern for Utd, Glaziers. Police and all on stand by including medics…it was about themselves and what disruption/damage they could do. Idiots will kill football, Who would want to buy Utd debt and fans like this, yes, it is a warning signal…..but for who?

Fans….can somebody explain what they actually want
1. A say in the running of the club?
2. Who will have that say, it cannot be all of them, so will further conflict arise from within?
3. Do they want to choose players to buy or let go?
4. Do they want the other half to invest more or less
5 How much are they going to invest?I fail to see the logic in all this, Over the years I have paid for my ticket to watch a football match…that is all…every team will go through good and bad patches and a loyal fan will stay with them. To days fans are tribal and anti football for many of them…the so called “minority”. We have too many “minorities trying to influence this country

It is the “minority fans” we always here about who will try and dictate not the loyal fans. The whole thing just gets out of control, these are acts of violence and disrepect for the laws and property. All this accountable and who will end up paying for the “minority” actions? It is a mark of just how sick our society have become, taken to an illogical end it would be like saying lets kick M+S board out because they will not sell cheeseburgers or sky-blue shirts with a pink and yellow collar. Absurd. Don’t forget Boots..they will not sell Sat Nav!!! It is our poor society that takes a hammering on these things. You need to check everything these days.

I question if they are real fans. peaceful protest OK but this just tarnishes the club they are supposed to love. Glaziers will sell….in there own time and the price is right. I do not like to see this though because it serves no purpose, just makes matters worse.

Nine….Meghan? even before Queen Camilla!!!!!! I even hate writing that down!!!!!! We need younger Monachs but the protocol has been set. The late Duke was never called King and neither should Camilla be called Queen. The Duke did more for the country as well

Nil. re a leveling out so everyone has a chance…that happens at kick off on game 1. Every team starts with a squad, say 20/25 players. City do not have the best 25 players, Hundreds of players out there that can make a squad and even if you did pick the top 25, which is unlikely…it guarantees nothing. It then depends on how well they blend together and how well they support the Managers tactics, so, to me, next season will start with a clean slate all over again. Of course injuries, suspensions and fixture pile ups and loss of confidence are accountable in this, but that also applies to all teams. How well that is managed is important….I do not sleep about any of it
