22nd March 2018 at 8:49 pm in reply to: MΓΈlby pretty sure Liverpool will beat City in the CL #18595
If the Liverpool fans did resort to this kind of action I think it shows more disrespect to the Hillsborough96, where most fans of other clubs fully supported them, to this day. This could well have a different view of them in the future. The authorities have had the warning from the Liverpool fans who want to make trouble, let us see what happens and hopefully the loyal and sensible Liverpool fans talk them out of it. Maybe Malby and others can talk about the need to enjoy the game rather than stoke up the feelings

19th March 2018 at 2:58 pm in reply to: MΓΈlby pretty sure Liverpool will beat City in the CL #18430I have my own opinions, the pundits have there’s and get paid for it so I take little notice they ever talk sense. As to money in football, particularly from overseas, I remember when Fooftball was ruled by UK Chairmen who took everything OUT of the club and put nothing IN, Appaling conditions for fans. I just wonder if the people complaing had the same funding as the ones who have it would still complain? It is all relative to the whole of the leagues anyhow. Wigan beating City had nothing to do with money but 22 players on the pitch, the same can be said in lots of other scenario’s as well.Expectancy is an illusion without uncertainties football would not be worth watching

Spitting is one of the worst offences you can do to a person, no defence for that I would like to question the driver why he was useing a phone at the wheel of a car and was his intent to make a headline story, plus some cash , no doubt. We live in a rotten world

This league holds zero interest, just not competative enough apart from the odd game. Next season start Celtic with _10 pts As a matter of interest how many league titles have they won in the 10 years? It could be argued the same applies in Germany, Spain and Italy forunately we now have at least 6/8/ teams who will have a go at Premiership next season and still hold some surprises

W know now , that Stoke will put up a wall and go for the counter. In which case we need to score early to change that tactic. Not convinced Jesus is right for this game but goals should not be dependant on the striker

With all respect to Yaya, once he was selected from start I thought we would loose. I believe he changed the pace of our normal game to a much slower one, however, he was not the only poor performer, Stones, Danilo Zinchencho did not do enough. Bright spots Diaz and Foden

But Adlab has a point in view of the anti semetic views of the FA leader and he has the nerve to call Pep for standing up for his countrymen. I do not like politics in football but the FA should have thought this through more

As somebody has mention Willian is the danger, however he is dangerous through the midfield area, a little like what Yaya used to be, and I am sure Pep will have noticed this. Chelsea are a streetwise team and they can be dangerous. I expect City to keep up the level of performance to date so they have more to worry about than we do. Hazard is good but as good as Augerro who appears to be getting better each game, goals or no goals he is always a threat KDB and Silva to take control as early as possible please

I would have loved to know what Wenger said to Pep pre match. Pep looked really puzzled, maybe he was saying “go easy on us”

We also buy from countries with poor records against the human race, even give them aid money which probably never gets to the people that need it Good point Jim, we all should look at ourselve before being critical of others. On the Pep issue, I just wonder in amazement at the FA, of all people, are making such an issue of this. Then again, as City know from experience, they think we are a cash cow for them

I am waiting for Wengers excuses. Ref should have ruled out City goals, we were unlucky etc etc we heard it all before. I stated at the beginning it would be the Manager who woud win or loose this game, he did not learn anything from Wembley

Arsenal will be well u for it from the kick off, if they allow City to get a foothold they will loose. I do not have to point out to Wenger his worry is about his own plan rather than the players.Pep will prepare like he has been doing but he will not want to loose
