Decisions, decisions….you win some….you loose some…..nobody is perfect unless you are an “expert” and they win everything as we well know and always right!!!!!

I think this is less about City or any other team but a way to find effective control of where the financial gain is and to who? We know that UEFA/Fifa have corrupt officials that is why there is a court case going on. This is outside any football logic. There will always be rich clubs and the clubs who do not have this same wealth, this happens in many walks of life besides football. We have a war going on because one country wants another and has the recourses to do so. I am all for a fair set of rules but it must be based on a clean sheet approach and not reactive to to days scenario or, all you do is to put a sticking plaster on in the hope it will solve the problem. I would also the cost of the management of the game be scrutinised and clear and obvious calamity of Qutar is not repeated….We have a lot to learn,

Jesus and Sterling contributed significantly over the seasons, both never gave less than 100% for the team. Sorry to see them go but it is right for club and player.

Sean..I would agree that Walker is a very good player but at his age now and the style he plays to it is very demanding and I am not sure he will last a season for City I hope I am wrong but that is the way I see it hence our interest in full backs at the moment

Sean, I am not sure if Phillips will be automatic choice but I suspect with Haaland And Alivrez arriving now Phillips there will be change of tactic but not style. Jesus, a very much underrated player. You are right about Rodri, he will get even better next season and hope Diaz will be fully recovered for the start of the season. I also think this will be Walkers last season maybe even January window.Served us well but time to move on, Cancello will then switch over to RB

I am unsure about him but City must have done there homework on him I guess. He is no Fernandinho, that is for sure but I guess we needed somebody to fill the gap

It is all simple to me summed up with the word Greed.
Option 1.. Club A has a top player A+, the club want to sell him to raise money for whatever. THEY set the price not the buyer
Option 2. Club B want to buy one of Club A players and go through various hoops to get him, however, it is usually at the price set by Club B and an inflated salary for the player….and lets not forget the Agent. The buying clubs are usually held the guilty partner in all this but I think there are two sides to every story and countless millions of opinions
The whole thing is crazy but I honestly do not know how it will get better. There are just too many non football interest now….TV, Gambling, commercial sponsorships and heading towards a Globe trotting game, the likes of local “derby’s” a thing of the past. It would not surprise me to see the next World Cup in Iceland or North Korea but more likely China. We can, for now, enjoy our EPL but the big disruption to the fixtures this season will have an effect on all clubs and players health. For once, I hope we are knocked out early so we can get all the players back and ready for the real game because this World Cup will not have any value since it is so tainted in corruption, Quatar will probably win it anyway

Blueson…I suspect many do it as part of the comedic act in the dressing room but agree, in public it should be more respectful You could also say, we take life too seriously and humour is a safety valve. You could also say Simon Jordan is wrong signally out Grealish with his view calling a player a “moron” that cannot be right either. You cannot have it both ways Mr Jordon

That is the only way to look at it Mikus, just like Mane with you, I suspect Klopp said to him….I want you to stay, we have a good club, good squad and facilities, can you better that??? mane thinks so, therefore Klopp wishes him well and gets on with his job of thinking of Liverpools next move

Young Blue…I doubt James will be coming to City, we have a good RB in Cancello, Walker will move on soon, we need a LB.

For me, it will not go anywhere near to solving the problem and could even make it worse. The answer is in the head of people and the more you try and thrust it on people the stronger the resistance. A way needs to be found but this is not it…all about individuals respect for humanity

Sterling…agree with most. young enough and still has miles on clock. but Pep has always stated he does not want a player who does not want to stay and fight for his place. maybe Chelsea/Arsenal will give him more games but would be surprised if they guarantee them. My feeling is he wants a change and the competition is getting tougher. Good luck to him, great work ethic

Adlab…it will be his choice, if he thinks he cannot get enough games he needs to try somewhere else, I have no problem with that but we are re building again for the future and need more freshness and somebody that will fit City style.
We will loose Bernado, Jesus as well but think City knew this and are planning accordingly. We are also recovering some good money from other players, some Academy ones_____________________________

Think you are right Nine. We shall loose good players sooner or later, so thinking ahead is always good no matter how we love our favourite players. If I think back over the years and think of particular player, then , in my mind I think , how can we ever be without this player. The world keeps revolving and have stopped getting too upset about loosing players like Silva, Kompany Augero and many others. I think our choice is DeJong, Phillips and Rice to take the Fernandinho role. Would save money and keep Zinchenko for LB…I know he is not great in that position but does a good job, he has no chance in midfield with current possibilities

Nine…well the new rules should be good news for City it will stop other clubs and agents ripping us off…..so it will be eventually where the player wants to go, like it or not as in USA,players become franchise objects. One thing for sure, we will not see top clubs owned by an Englishman or should I sat English person as the modern way of thinking.

Southgate stated after the match. “he was pleased with performance”. Says it all!!
I think he would be suited to Club Management though…not sure which club_____________________________

Pathetic performance, followed by some very poor refereeing. Most of that England team are not or ever will be International class. No excuses beaten by a better team who got it tactically right, waited and just picked us off, great teamwork
