9 it may be legal but it’s not right within a sporting context. Yes rest some players here and there but not a whole damn team. It’s the same as the main problem everyoneΒ had with the ESL.

Chuck it’s ok to do that when you playing against lower league teams such as you do in an FA cup tie or league cup game but not when you playing a top 4 team and which could have drastic repercussions on other teams.

I don’t think that’s fair or even lawful that a club can field a completely B team while their opponents field their strongest team and thereby jeopardizing other teams chances. Where is the fair play competition in that?

Chuck, Inter facing a difficult financial predicament, there is a possibility Conte could leave in the coming months, which could put Spurs on alert.?

3 goals by Chelsea ruled offside and they could have still scored those goals had they been onside. Very poor positioning awareness.

Very well deserved by Chelsea, besides those 2 saves of Mendy Madrid never really looked like scoring. Still think we missing someone upfront that can convert those easy chances. Anyway tough games coming up besides the 2 finals.

This playing at home 2nd is not an advantage, Madrid needed to score 1 goal, Chelsea then scores and now Madrid still need to only score 1 goal and only 2 to progress

Sorry to say but Werner needs to barring a miraculous return to scoring goals, he wasn’t brought in for his general play which is decent but rather to score goals and we don’t really have anyone that’s prolific enough and it’s costing us big time. Otherwise we have a good squad to take us forward. As far as the CL return leg is concerned I don’t believe we done enough. Real Madrid have always had incredible luck which is the big worry.

Deserved goal for City though Spurs have done well too. Pep is making the same mistake as Tuchel by not playing a striker.

If you saw Chris Woods first half hat trick against Wolves, a perfect striker one with the head one created by himself and another running into position to tap in. Not many around.

I guess it’s better then to stick to uefa an organization crooked to the core, we have no self respect left.

Florentino Perez warns Chelsea and has revealed that all 12 founding clubs of the European Super League have signed a legally binding contract, which means they cannot leave under any circumstance as apparently Chelsea is reconsidering its position

I support this new concept but not all the way purely because they were a bit unwise as to the way they went about it. But I follow my club till death do us part or even if they make a pact with the devil himself which they most certainly have not done. Far from that.

I can tell you now if those teams are banned from competing in any tournaments within their country those competitions will lose seriously financially and that’s what the main fear is all about.

I am not sure why but I find myself supporting the Super league, maybe because I always embraced change or maybe it’s because uefa and fifa have been corrupt lining their own pockets for years. As long as the respective clubs can continue to play in their domestic leagues then it’s all fine, Chuck says they cannot legally lose any court contested ruling so thats great too. Pity Bayern refused to join for now anyway. Hopefully PSG will join.

So it’s official Twelve of Europeβs leading football clubs have today come together to announce they have agreed to establish a new mid-week competition, the Super League, governed by its Founding Clubs.
AC Milan, Arsenal FC, AtlΓ©tico de Madrid, Chelsea FC, FC Barcelona, FC Internazionale Milano, Juventus FC, Liverpool FC, Manchester City, Manchester United, Real Madrid CF and Tottenham Hotspur have all joined as Founding Clubs. It is anticipated that a further three clubs will join ahead of the inaugural season, which is intended to commence as soon as practicable.
Going forward, the Founding Clubs look forward to holding discussions with UEFA and FIFA to work together in partnership to deliver the best outcomes for the new League and for football as a whole.
The formation of the Super League comes at a time when the global pandemic has accelerated the instability in the existing European football economic model. Further, for a number of years, the Founding Clubs have had the objective of improving the quality and intensity of existing European competitions throughout each season, and of creating a format for top clubs and players to compete on a regular basis.
