Moos, personally I don’t think we are any different. Those affected by a serious disease probably all think the along similar lines.
I posted the thread about Johnrose mainly because it is humbling and having read what Sean said about people falling out over and internet forum, it makes you realise what really is important. Football although a massively important part of my life is at the end of the day just an escape.
Apologies if too deep. Back to the rivalries and aggression this weekend!?

These things occur in life sadly. I have never listed them out like that before, seemed a bit weird. But as we said some people are in a far worse situation and we have many things to be thankful for. Cheers Jim

Sadly its going to take my Dad in the next couple of years. My wife and Brother-in-law are both in remission thank goodness. My sister in law has just finished treatment. My best mate died from it shortly before any wife was diagnosed FFS. The day my wife was diagnosed I sat in the waiting room chatting to a City fan basically all day whos wife was also in. She came out smiling luckily, mine didn’t! it had never occured to me the results could be bad and then we had two weeks of complete and utter worry before we knew what we were dealing with. The only time i mananged to not think about what could possibly happen was at a City game and then only for a few seconds at a time, thank you David Silva! Just a short escape from reality. Things are now on the level but not quite as they were before as we try and live for today. Reading Len Johnrose brought home to me those awful moments of uncertainty. How I wish cures for such awful diseases could be found. Jim

Yep our family have had more than its fair share of those types of visits the past few years. But we are the lucky ones as it’s generally been curable. But many I have met are not as lucky. Best wishes to you and yours! Jim

Well perhaps we shall have to agree to dissagree nine. It’s about time Mouriniho got called out on a few things rather than him dishing it out all the while and the media just lapping it up. Who knows it may even benefit United? Cheers Jim

I am not good with remebering dates but I think I joined TT sometime shortly before 2006 as I distinctly remember agreeing with fans of other clubs that Ben Thatcher deserved a long ban and big fine for his assault on Mendez at the start of that season. Enjoyed the debate with other fans such as those mentioned above plus sandbagger Chris tats. Good fellas. Including those that have hung arround on here today. I like reading the opinions of others. Although sometimes I find that fans can get more irate on an anonymous forum, and i include myself in that!than chatting in a pub or at work. But hey ho. It’s all good. Jim

Fair enough nine, as I said there are some things in there that as a City fan I would have preferred not to be in. But the question begs and I hate to answer the question for you but you don’t think they should have mentioned discissed KDBs past but you are ok for them to talk to and discuss other players past in the programme. ? No issue there i see with Foden, Mendy, Walker, Kompany Aguero presumably because discussing them doesn’t make Mouriniho look bad?

Dont get me wrong i do enjoy your input on here, I always have. but sometimes a struggle to take anything you say seriously. You comment on a tv programme you haven’t seen yet have read a tweet and then say apparently this and apparently that. Next thing you are trying to make it sound as if you paid bugger all for Sanchez ! Lol

You guys don’t get it do you Mouriniho brings 99 % of this on himself. He could chose to just do his job But oh no he has an opinion on everything and when he gets a little back he doesnt like it. Well boo hoo.

I don’t get wound up by him, the Ed brought him up in this discussion about his bus tactics and you brought him up about KDB . Not me. He is yesterday’s man for me. These days I look forward to going to Old Trafford. There and been many times I just hoped for the best. You haven’t seen it but I can tell You there are things in there about City and ots fans that I didn’t like and were I think incorrect. So it’s not all blue roses.

So they can’t talk to any player about how he arrived at the club? You do know they dont just talk to KDB don’t you. This is laughable. The programme makers report facts that relate to City and City players. It sounds like you are sugesting they were they only supposed to include facts that made Mouriniho look good? As far as i am concerned he is the architect of his own downfall he excluded and then sold KDB no one else. He plays boring football these days but we are all supposed to pretend he doesnt. He sold one of the best players in the league but we can’t mention it. It seems to me he can dish it out so should be big enough to take it. If there is ever a documentary on Chelsea the last ten years are you sugesting they shouldn’t mention the doctor episode and a myriad other things?

Nine, they didn’t mock Mouriniho over letting KDB go. They interviewed KDB and asked him about his career, he said he thought he was playing ok at Chelsea and was then dropped and didn’t know why. They then played a clip of Mouriniho refusing to respond to Journalists questions at the time about why he had dropped KDB and him walking out of the press conference. KDB said he was young and impulsive and implied he didn’t like being dropped with no explanation and wanted to move. I don’t think you could call it mocking Mouriniho.

Ed, Pogba beeing so deep and ineffective was accidental against Brighton? Im not so sure. LaLiga was a few seasons ago. I would put to you that his style has changed considerably since then and his first spell at Chelsea. Are you trying to say he doesnt park the bus these days. I would sugest The reason why he took umbrage with it is he knows it’s true. It’s not necessarilly a dig at United its a reflection on the way Mouriniho plays.

Well we are going to have to agree to dissagree on this one Ed. As I said it’s nothing new. Its been reported that his style was that way for months by all and sundry and if Amazon want it in why should City want it out to make their rival look better than he is? I have no sympathy. I respect your view as being different to mine, fair enough. but out of interest do you think in a straw poll what % of fans of all clubs would think its an unfair comment to say about Mouriniho. You say he plays that style in the big games, did that include Brighton at the weekend?
