Second yellow? Not for me but referee decides. Generally I thought Liverpool were a bit fortunate but if you are going to win anything you need a bit of luck.
Once again I thought the ref was poor but that’s only to be expected.

A really tough run of fixtures..Chelsea Liverpool Leipzig Spurs Villa.
We won’t win this one. Villa will take one of their chances eventually.

I think we’ll struggle tonight.
No KDB, Doku, Rodri, Grealish, Nunez, Stones (not yet fit) plus bad defensive form and yet we are still there!!

Reflecting on the Spurs match and forgetting anti City comment, do you think that referee should be allowed to referee a match? I cannot recall a worse piece of refereeing. It’s not just a bad decision which happens eg missing or giving a penalty but it was total ineptitude.
Play on he waves, the attacking team having a clear advantage and THEN he blows for a foul. Grealish might not have scored but that’s not the point. This was a case of schoolboy standard refereeing from a so called professional. Total rubbish just like the overall standard week after week.

PS Jamie Carragher should stick to what he does best….disgusting moves at car windows showing what he really is.

As I said I thought Spurs did well and deserved a result but that does not obviate the appalling refereeing yet again. He should be demoted to the Northern League.
Refereeing and VAR are ruining the game.
We are seriously out of form at the moment. Still a few games left yet!!

That referee couldn’t ref a park match.
A total tosser. No problem with the result though. Spurs fought well and we were rubbish in defence.
But what a shitbag of a referee. Disgrace.

We need to do something about these breakaways down the middle. Twice against Leipzig and again today. 1-1 at the moment and we already missed a couple of good chances. Haaland just missed a sitter for him.
Only 15mins so far but our play is back where it should be.
