Senegals biggest threat is a championship player. Sarr is far to inconsistent. The goal keeper is moaning constant mistakes for club and country. No doubt is a good keeper but having a tough spell
England should have far to much for them but you never know. Go for it and attack.

Nine, I’d probably be called a pessimist, but thinking the same if we do face France. England need to up their performance levels and the right team selection needs to be made. On the other hand, if we edge past France, then it’s truly a great opportunity to go right to the wire. Mbappe is Top Class and I’m not convinced our defense and keeper collectively can contain him.

Really fed up with the rubbish commentary and pundits. First of all ..and sorry if it offends…but this is the mens WC , why do we have to have women commentary and pundits. Yes I’m old fashioned but do we have to have this to placate the woke brigade. I won’t comment further on pundits but most may guess what I think. Lots of criticism for Qatar but they’ve all turned up! Now why might that be? Morality stays at home. Hypocrisy at its height.

Adlab, coverage mainly on the BBC mate over the last 24 hours. Them I’m not so much of a fan of, though I do like Kelly Somers, ha.
They’ve been criticized for pulling the plug on Top Of The Pops Xmas and for how much possibly the amounts paid out to Lineker and co, plus for them staying in Quatar in hotels etc. A lot of dosh to say the least.
Personally, I prefer ITV, but don’t want Keane and Souness on there! I don’t really mind the ladies coming on there, they’re pretty chilled.
I don’t pay a great deal of attention to any of the so-called punditry. Nothing I haven’t heard before. Even for Liverpool matches now, I try and avoid.

Adlab, the point I’m trying to make is that England need to step up their playing levels and have all their bases covered and essentially adopt a fearless mindset.
This was what I was trying to convey with Argentina. Holland are a different proposition and for sure, France will be. They have fantastic players we can’t treat lightly, but instead with the respect they deserve; i.e. Griezmaan and Mbappe. Not just them, but others. We need to be able to exert authority, control and be allowed our game on the front foot. Let’s see how we fare against Senegal tonight.

Adlab…why wouldn’t you have female commentators or pundits? Robyn Cowen is an excellent commentator and Alex Scott talks alot more sense than many of the ex player male pundits. The crucial thing is whether they are any good or not…their gender is totally irrelevant.
Jonathan Pearce, Sam Matterface or Robyn Cowen? Easy choice for me, and it ain’t Pearce or Matterface.
