Before I knew he was injured I thought he was dropped too based on the performance vs forest but again to be fair that could have applied to everyone who played vs forest except for silva who was pretty much oerfect as always.

Re the twins, no, they were way cooler than me and I was in shock! I just said something like “well tell him thanks for that” or something equally as lame 😆

Not sure Potter has properly had the chance to pick his best 11, and assess and be able to digest his tenure properly. You do need time to really get a feel as Chelsea is of course a different proposition to Brighton.

Fair comments lucky mate. The new owner is certainly putting the money in. I just found it a bit bizarre he announced the new signing saying he was a great player. I’m sure he is but I doubt reds been watching him over the last year lol only jesting

Be interesting to see how potter develops there and if he is given time. He needs time as it’s take a while for his style to fully implement across the team. Very good coach but massive job. One of the biggest in world football. I compare him to rodgers going to lfc as a massive step up

I think it’s important to say that with last night’s game Chelsea had a far worse injury crisis than we did. The only thing I couldn’t quite understand was the commentary suggesting that Chelsea were unlucky. I really don’t think so. Both teams hit the woodwork etc. But there it is. I thought we were generally the more likely.
