I dunno, I think it’s very obvious, you have all the Sterling hate, you have the report above, you even have Spuds delaying their stadium in an attempt to try and switch games so City have to play like 4 away games at the end of the season when they’re already 15 points clear (the FA only changed the game to a Monday instead so as not to make it too obvious…), add it all up and you have an obvious conspiracy…

14th September 2018 at 7:35 am #26280A tough game for Spurs has got even tougher without Dele Alli and Lloris shame because you always want to see both teams at full strength in these big games.

14th September 2018 at 7:47 am #26281Adlab, to be fair whilst that event shouldn’t have happened and it’s difficult to understand why no arrests have been made I’m not sure how that helps Liverpool FC and to suggest the Police are in some way part of an agenda either against City or for Liverpool is plain nonsense imo.

14th September 2018 at 8:00 am #26282Not as upset about missing Ali, Son is a more than capable of filling Ali’s shoes, a lot more worried about Vorm… and with the CL starting up next week too… sounds like Hugo could be out for a few weeks…

14th September 2018 at 9:19 am #26283Agree Chucky, more fearful of son then Ali
I think spurs will go with 5 at the back for this.
Moura is in great form aswell. Spurs have a very good squad and decent cover everywhere except for maybe Kane

14th September 2018 at 9:29 am #26284But missing Alisson and having to play Mignolet and missing Mane would weaken Liverpool Sean just as losing Lloris and Alli will weaken Spurs.
You’re right though all of the big club’s have strong squads for this reason just a shame imo though in such big and sometimes decisive games not to see both teams at full strength. But I would be delighted to see both out if I was a Liverpool fan.

14th September 2018 at 9:42 am #26285Anonymousalli wont be missed at all. hugo will be as vorm is not very good.
sean – cant see us going 5 at the back. that means we have to sacrifice either a midfielder or forward and its just not going to happen. we play better with 4 at the back.

14th September 2018 at 9:46 am #26286A felling in my fire-water reckons Poncho will go for a 3-4-2-1 line-up as follows:
Vorm
Toby, Dirty Sanchez, Van the Man
Rose, Dier, Erickson, Trippier
Son, Lucas
KaneLots of quick diagonal balls over midfield and into the space/gaps behind Salahpools FB’s for Son/Lucas to run onto, keeping them pinned back…
I know the cliché about battles being one and lost in midfield, but I think how Pools FB’s cope is key for me… if they have a good game Spuds are going to struggle to score…

Its not just my thoughts.Have a read. Yes it is the MUEN but…

14th September 2018 at 4:25 pm #26292Adlab, arrests should have been forthcoming but despite the video evidence how much Police time could be afforded to identify and pursue idiots throwing objects at a team bus.
As everyone else has suggested what Agenda?
And who against and why?

14th September 2018 at 4:27 pm #26293…now back to the thread. I can’t see anything other than a very comfortable City win v Fulham.

14th September 2018 at 4:37 pm #26294It definitely touched no nerve Adlab. I think the rest of us are just tired of hearing:
“The police are against us”
“The MEN hate us”
“The media hate Sterling because he no longer plays for Liverpool”
“The refs are against us because Gill is at the FA”City have never been as successful as they are now and yet I’ve genuinely never heard so much complaining from a set of fans. Wait until you’ve been winning things for a bit longer and people actually coin a phrase about not wanting City to succeed, something like ABC, Anyone But City. That’s when you know you’re genuinely disliked by the masses. Until then, enjoy it while it lasts!

14th September 2018 at 4:39 pm #26295Last comment on this.
There is a desire for Liverpool to win something because of their fantastic history added to the absolute tragedy of Hillsborough. Hence they are given more leeway than others.
The agenda is how that is acchieved
Thats it and fini!Tomorrow? You can never tell. Spurs v Liverpool should be interesting. A draw would be ok

14th September 2018 at 4:43 pm #26297I think Spurs will miss Alli and Lloris a lot.
Vorm is just ok.Liverpool were slight favourites with the bookies last time I looked.

14th September 2018 at 4:55 pm #26298So Spuds are messing up their stadium to muck about City to help Salahpool? Love to hear your theory on who shot JFK… 🙂

Nah dont think Spurs are cocking up their stadium. Just poor management of the project!
