Heard a few callers earlier this evening via 606. By no means would I want to take anything away from knowledge and information presented to the New Owners as I believe they’ve gone in with full confidence to takeover.
I do feel however, they would have tasted reality this afternoon and you need to live and breathe essentially Football and Newcastle United which is the Heart of this Great City up North.
Steve Bruce will inevitably leave his post, but I’m sure everything will be handled with decorum.
I looked at David Ginola in the Studio and what a Top Top Bloke. The man has Charisma. Newcastle need as their first step to bring somebody Special at the Helm. Allow Time to harness stability. Get the Results on the Board, get out of the Danger Zone and then begin about Growth and Development.
The People at the Top would better serve themselves in keeping their Vision and Future Plans close to their chest – give little away in Public and Focus for now on Day-To-Day matters.

18th October 2021 at 7:58 pm #186777Spurs not worth 10p at 100/1 , a bit surprised at Leicesters price, apart from that it’s a 4 horse race for the next 5 years.

the other odds seem reasonable but I’ve never bet on the PL title and I don’t think i will this season either.

19th October 2021 at 7:41 am #186785Good game lucky mate. As I was saying a few weeks ago. I wouldn’t get carried away by Arsenals recent results and they need 15-20 ganes being consistent before you think anything has really changed

19th October 2021 at 11:16 am #186790Lol 18 clubs voted for the temporary freeze while they decide on new rules. Newcastle voted against and city abstained 😉 wonder why?

19th October 2021 at 12:57 pm #186791To be fair money flowing in to Newcastle from Saudi based companies on spurious sponsorship deals would be p take.
Seemingly that was on the Newcastle agenda otherwise why would Newcastle vote against it and why would they claim the ban is unlawful.

19th October 2021 at 2:07 pm #186796Problem is Lucky changing the rules retrospectively might be tricky legally, it should have been done a long time ago. Agree with you though let’s hope it goes through and becomes permanent.
Newcastle argument presumably will be be City have country related sponsorships operating already?
