Klopp is likely to play Origi for that game even after the internationals. I can’t see Salah recovering in time. A very nasty injury.

6th October 2019 at 12:36 pm #49498Pagan according to Daily Mirror’s David Maddock it’s positive news for Liverpool fans.
He tweeted: “Good news for #LFC – Salah took a bad knock at the end of game, but initial checks have shown injury not serious – not as bad as first appeared.”

6th October 2019 at 1:07 pm #49506Nr Pagan, I don’t actually have any information on Salah’s injury.
Let me ask you: What sort of impact would you consider based on that horrific challenge by Hamza?
Salah was in agony. Do you think he’s the type to want to blag such injury?

6th October 2019 at 1:18 pm #49508Heβs a professional footballer, the slightest touch and they roll around the floor in supposed agony, sometimes holding parts of the body that werenβt even touched, then in a Lazarus moment theyβre up and running about, so yes he is the type to blag an injury, thatβs what they all do….Pagan

6th October 2019 at 1:20 pm #49509Leicester City say they are “appalled” by racist abuse sent to midfielder Hamza Choudhury on social media and have reported the comments to police.
The 22-year-old, of Bangladesh-Grenadian heritage, was abused after being booked for a tackle on Mohamed Salah late in Liverpool’s 2-1 win.
“Discriminatory behaviour has no place in football or in society,” said a Foxes statement.
“We will seek the strongest course of action against those responsible.”
It added: “We are appalled by these comments, which the club has reported to the police and to the social media platform on which they were made.” BBC 6/10
Shame to hear of such things again.

6th October 2019 at 1:42 pm #49511Like Klopp, I’m still left in disgust of Hamza’s actions. He just went for Salah. To me, it’s cynical and jealousy. Anyway, we won in the end and the rest is history.
Plenty of games now to look forward to. Roll on too VAR! π

6th October 2019 at 2:50 pm #49515Ok, it might be a draw now, but City could easily turn over the dynamics with quick fire goals. Pep will fire them up in the dressing room.
Wolves held City so far and credit to them, but they could rue their missed opportunities. You will never get that many at the Ethiad.

6th October 2019 at 2:57 pm #49516Adlab obviously not watching your game but I always think City without De Bruyne is like Strawberries without the cream. No matter how broad the squad is he’s irreplaceable imo.

6th October 2019 at 3:00 pm #49517My God! what is going on with the mind of our defenders. we had been fortunate to go 1-3 at half time. once again our attack is potent enough to bail us out. credit goes to Jorginho who cleared one off the line. can’t complain attacking wise, but defensively i have a few issues though.

6th October 2019 at 3:02 pm #49518999, Zouma and Tomori are 24 & 21 respectively, defenders need experience, the best way to get it would be to play with an experienced defender, which we donβt have the luxury of doing so at the moment. As a comparison how was VVD doing at those respective ages?…..Pagan
