9th October 2019 at 12:42 am #49814AnonymousI definitely wouldn’t even dream of calling the PL now (unless I were joking). It cant be done yet but I will admit that the winner most likely will almost certainly come from one of the 2. Just as it’s too early to call the title, it’s too early to call the top 4 but for me, I am hoping for Leicester and Chelsea to fill those spaces. I hope, more than assume because Arsenal/Spurs might get it together and Leicester might drop off.
like Chelseaman, I like to see some change and nothing needs a change or at least worthy competition than the now tired Big 6. It’s time for some new blood and ambition to break down the old barriers. Chelsea are obviously a Big 6 team but given their recent troubles, I think many had ruled them out of it this season. They are in a refreshing new phase that I want to see positive results for. Leicester needs no explaining really. Ex Liverpool manager anew, with a good side, looking to punch above their weight once again. I also hope Wolves are indeed on the up again but I think this might be out of their reach, for now. I will be watching them though also.
The PL is definitely not boring. If City win 5 PL’s in a row though, I may change my mind on that π

9th October 2019 at 5:06 am #49819AnonymousSo if England walk off what happens to their game, replay or what? What does eufa so called protocol say. Cause if they winning their opponents will more than likely use that as a weapon.

9th October 2019 at 5:13 am #49820AnonymousWalk off surely means forfeit? Perhaps in the event of a very serious incident, a replay but I doubt they will be so accommodating. it might lead to exploitation of some sort, down the line.

9th October 2019 at 8:29 am #49823Pagan, Iβm just enjoying the ride mate. I just love watching us play. For the first time in years, we have nothing to moan at. We had only been in the cl once in 7 years before klopp came. Now we have been in 3 European finals and we are proper title contenders
Iβm much more relaxed now as klopp and ya finally got a big trophy. The pressure on klopp was immense to win something. For all the good that was happening, I really thought he might not win anything as we and him just kept losing finals
Now no matter what happens, these times will b fondly remembered. We have never been in better shape. Iβm already worried about klopp leaving at the end of his contract.he has turned this club around in ways that I could never imagine. Thatβs how much of an impact he had had.
The atmosphere at anfield is back. The crowd do believe. I never for one second thought we would win the league last season due to lack of experience and city
This season I really believe we can do it but Iβm always cautious. There will be plenty of bumps on the way and I fully expect another race like last season
If we do get a few injuries to key players we are in trouble though

9th October 2019 at 8:36 pm #49842I would never discount Rashford’s quality and what he capable of and why should I?
Liverpool were beaten not so long ago at Old Trafford. He can raise his game and may well do. Old Trafford for Liverpool is a tough nut to crack, a hard place to come away with something.
I think this all could be down to the ‘England Hype’. I get it, because the National Team beckons Talent and even better if that person can put the ball in the back of the net.
Rashford’s young, so I wouldn’t be too hard on him. At Manchester United, he needs SERVICE and a RELIABLE and nice LINK UP PLAYER.

10th October 2019 at 4:18 pm #49849AnonymousSky are already building Liverpool up, only hoping for that moment when they can have the reverse …
They start it off by asking him “if it’s in the bag”. This is particularly comical to me cause a few seasons ago I had a bit of a running joke with the Liverpool lads, using this line. I have to say though that I’m not at all impressed that Kirkland has come out and said yes to that. 8 games is fecking nothing. We’re about halfway there to safety from relegation and they are calling the title… clowns.

10th October 2019 at 5:21 pm #49853I still prefer to watch City play by far than any other team except of course Chelsea which is my team play well or bad, City just have that free flowing football we all love to watch. It’s okay if Liverpool win the league as they have not won it for some time but as far as watching is concerned City is the team.
