Poor results today for Gerrard and Lampard. Lampard’s 2nd loss already in just 3 league games. Wouldn’t surprise me to see him take Everton down. He must be one of the luckiest managers around the jobs he’s had already so soon into his managerial career.

Southampton do seem to be in good form though. And Watford are fighting to stay up, though the honeymoon is now over for Gerrard at Villa.

Indeed it is Mikus. To be fair to Gerrard, he’s definitely served his apprenticeship in Scotland and did a decent job there. I don’t think either will make it in management at any decent level but Gerrard is deserving of the chance he has at Villa. Lampard was gifted the Chelsea job after an ok spell at Derby then was very quickly found out. No idea how he got the Everton job.

Another Loris error gifted City a goal. God knows how much the media was slaughtering Kepa when he was making those kind of mistakes. Whe you are playing away to City, the last thing you would want is to gift them goals.
