Well we were discussing whether spurs can win league, and while I think they have a chance pool are showing that they are the main reason it is odds against spurs, Chelsea or anyone else winning the title this year. Top class with a reduced eleven.

Regards Leicester, I thought the main benefit to a back 3 was to make it easier to play out from back which justifies the sacrificing a body further forward. If they were just gonna lump it forward to avoid the press why not play with a back four and have the extra body to compete for long ball? As long as the full backs didn’t bomb forward would be safer than the back 3 and at least give them a chance of creating something with maddison more central and two wingers either side. Leicester look awful when they play this 343.

HHHmmm Nil, it’s a little bit of an insult to Vardy to call him a one trick pony. He is definitely playing to his strengths in a counter-attacking team but what is he, 34? and he’s still playing at a very high level, admittedly most of his goals this season are penalties I think.

As for Leicester being talked about as potential title contenders, they were top going into this week and they do have several PL winners in their team. Don’t set us up for a fall, I know you dislike Leicester but ya 😛

Not sure where Steveo is these days. Hope things are looking better for him on the job front.

As for Chucky, I did email him a while back and he seemed to have a lot going on at the moment but said he would be back before long. I’ll try him again and check everything is OK with him, firstly, and hopefully try to get him back posting

We should probably make 2 subs. get Mane rested perhaps. Bring on Tsimkas for Robertson also. obviously I’d like to keep both on but we don’t need any other injuries to key players.

I thought Liverpool were injury stricken?😊

As I said a while back Matip ( providing he stays fit) and Fabinho will do just fine, Liverpool’s strength is in attack which means they have to do very little defending.

The own goal didn’t help Leicester but they’ve been poor tonight and Liverpool should have scored at least four if not more.

Title wise Liverpool are still the team to beat and I suspect anyone with designs on the title will have to finish above them.
