Gonna be one hell of a scrap tomorrow. I think our lads are up for it though. The defence still worries me, as it isnt what it was but every match, Van Dijk gets fitter and sharper. He’s maybe played too many games, in my and I think Sean’s opinion but the medical staff know better.

even though Utd ALWAYS raise their game for us, I think we’ll be too much for them. I think 3-1 to us. Any one of the front 3 could score. I hope Firmino starts.

for me, the choice between Chilwell and Shaw comes down to what formation you want to play. Chilwell is more of a liability at the back than Shaw, however offers far more going forward than Shaw. If Gareth plays 3 centre backs with wing backs I would go with Chilwell all day long. If he goes with a flatback four then Shaw.

United v Liverpool is a difficult game to predict Liverpool’s record at OT is not great but they’re not alone in that.

Ole will need to get his team selection and tactics right for United to have a chance of winning, both teams look a bit shaky defensively and United will have to curb their all out attacking tendencies and play on the break with their pace and whoever plays wide left and right for United will have to work their socks off both ways to control Liverpool down the flanks and double up on Salah.

I’m sure United will focus on the right hand side when attacking through Rashford. Tactically it’s going to be an interesting game imo.

Personally I wouldn’t be suprised with any of the 3 possible outcomes but if you twisted my arm I would probably predict a score draw.

Hopefully a great game for the neutrals I’m looking forward to it.

Today should also be a very interesting day of football. Thank goodness we have this to get our minds off the more serious depressing issues.

Personally i don’t think Liverpool will win tomorrow. That game looks to end in a draw or United will snatch the points late. Because United haven’t won a league match for a month now, and their manager is under serious pressure. They don’t need any other motivation than facing their arch nemesis.

They will not come out of the block firing, but what they will try to do is to sit and play deeper defence line, because they now Liverpool’s pace up front. They will try to frustrate Liverpool and try them into throwing everything and in the process make mistakes.

My prediction is a 1-1 draw.
