I know Nine, it was only a very minor point really, it’s more I think it just symbolises the problem as opposed to causing it. The owners were obviously very happy when Fergie was there and didn’t have to do much. When he left, they don’t seem to have much idea of what to do.

25th October 2021 at 4:31 pm #187320I don’t see how he can he hold on. To say after the game “The feeling we have had is we were getting where we wanted to be but in the last few weeks results haven’t come…” is pretty self damning.

25th October 2021 at 4:33 pm #187321Well, ED and Lucky…I am trying not to be the slayer in this topic of Ole, being a City fan as well. I just think there is more happening or not at Utd than the manager, after all, there has been a run of managers in recent times and nothing has changed.elsewhere. I am sure Utd will solve it eventually because they have a good squad but no leaders or tactical game. When they play City cam sure they will be more than up for it whoever is in charge

25th October 2021 at 4:50 pm #187322Sure there is Brian, I think it can be summed up as fans want league, owners happy with top 4.
But the bottom line is that utd should be much better considering the players they have and that means there is a big problem with their coach. That there are other problems to address also does not change that.
Your last point is already rebutted, united is city’s biggest game but not Uniteds. Their biggest game is pool and they didn’t show up for that so dont flatter yourself to think under this manager they will show up to face your team either.

25th October 2021 at 5:02 pm #187324“When they play City I am sure they will be more than up for it whoever is in charge.” I’m sure they will too Brian but I think they were up for the Liverpool game but were just tactically all over the place. To see improvement Ole needs to revert to counter attacking football but that may require some changes to the team even Ronaldo?

25th October 2021 at 5:24 pm #187329Gary Neville “If you would have said 22 years ago that United fans would be turning on me for supporting the guy who won โ Us โ the Champions League I would have said no way!โ Neville tweeted on Monday. โBut itโs 2021 folks! In the โ Johnson Era โ anything goes ๐.โ
His head too far up his own arse now, he needs to quit being a pundit and run for Labour leader and prime minister. The only job that could satisfy his ego.
Utd bigger than ole and neville, and as chelsea fan I back all the united fans who are sick of his nonsense too.

25th October 2021 at 5:39 pm #187330I actually like Neville as a pundit but he’s doing himself no favours with his ongoing blind support of Ole because he’s a mate as Ole is taking United backwards now.

25th October 2021 at 5:55 pm #187331Amazing Stat (just been texted it by a mate and I’ve not checked so not 100% sure) – Only Bruno Fernandes has scored more goals at Old Trafford this calendar year than Mo Salah

25th October 2021 at 6:30 pm #187335Amazing breakdown by probably the best in the business when it comes to the financial side if football. Showing how much Newcastle could spend this next window if they really wanted and still be within FFP. Spoiler alert: it’s frightening
Check the whole thread
Following Newcastle Unitedโs takeover by a consortium led by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (80% stake), #NUFC fans are eagerly anticipating a spending spree, due to the enormous wealth of the new owners, but how much can the club really spend, especially with FFP rules?

25th October 2021 at 8:02 pm #187339AnonymousI don’t mind Neville when he’s actually talking about football. When he gets involved in the drama around it though, he’s insufferable.

25th October 2021 at 10:33 pm #187344Decision could be being made as we speak…
Thereโs no doubt on Antonio Conte decision since days. He wants Manchester United job and heโd be ready to accept. But thereโs still no official proposal on the table, as things stand tonight. ๐ด #MUFC
Manchester United are still thiking whether sacking or not Solskjรฆr.
